Basically all sales final and/or they just won't respond to customers. Return page on their site doesn't even work. When I tried to reach out about a return or store credit for a mis-sized item, they responded very unprofessionally declining return and failing to reply to my follow-up email about store credit. Very poor customer service and return protocol. Never again.
