I ordered masks from Walmart, and cancelled order same day, 11-17-21. Rec'd email from Drhotdeal saying they had already shipped item and could refuse when item arrived. According to tracking number, Drhotdeal actually did not ship item until 11-18-21, and it took 10 days to arrive; so they did not tell the truth when I cancelled my order. Secondly, if it takes 10 day to get back to them, they will have had my money to use for 20 days.
No trust in this company based on my personal experience. Why can't I also give zero stars?
I ordered a no touch thermometer and recieved a cheaper one ...not what i ordered.. no way to return .no ifo for a return. please help with ifo for retuurn
Absolutely horrible. Took money but never delivered. Couldn't contact them about order and Walmart just kept 'passing the buck'. Horrific
Would like to return this item as it is not large enough for what it was intended.
I placed an order in December. Did not receive the item I ordered but was charged for it. I have tried to contact them but no response. Walmart said they contacted them and that they would contact me but that didn’t happen either. I would advise not to order from them.
I ordered from this company and when I had received the item it was the wrong color and I was in able to get ahold of anyone to take care of the issue I am very displeased and will never order from this company again

I purchased an item from this company. It came in damaged, smelly, and poorly made. I requested a refund. They requested photos. I sent them. Then they requested that I return the item at full cost to me. The shipping cost would come close to the product cost. After having this issue, I saw other reviews where people had the same problems. This company isn't interested in making quality products or having satissued or return customers
Liars. Sold me a dud product and ignored me when I told them. Why can't I give them zero stars?
