Today is August 05. The ice cube trays, which were supposed to arrive between July 30 and August 03, are still sitting in Elkridge MD, delayed for some unknown reason, with no revised delivery date given. I emailed Dotcom a second time, which they've ignored, as they did my first email. This business is a scam outfit. They couldn't care less whether or not you receive the items you've ordered from them. If they cared, they would have responded promptly to my first email to offer me my choice of a full credit to my credit card or a replacement shipment at no charge. I contacted Walmart yesterday and received a full credit to my credit card from them. I also advised them to reconsider having Dotcom as one of their marketplace sellers. If you're smart, you won't order anything from Dotcom. I've given them one star only because zero isn't an option.

I ordered one set of two ice cube trays from this seller (Dotcom) on Walmart's site for delivery to me between July 30 and August 03. Today is August 03 and my order hasn't arrived by today nor will it. When I tracked it, it shows it's been sitting in Elkridge MD since 5:05 AM on July 30 (which means I should have received it by the end of the day on July 30 since I'm located in MD). The delivery is marked delayed with no further explanation as to why it's delayed or when I'll receive it. When I emailed the seller over 24 hours ago to inquire, I received an automated reply from Walmart to advise me I should expect to receive a reply from the seller within 24 hours. No reply. No ice cube trays. I'm beginning to think this seller is a fly-by-night scammer. I'll never order another thing from them and my next step is to contact Walmart for a full credit to my credit card. Steer clear of Dotcom.
