I bought a hard tonneau cover for my truck, it leaks, so I contacted them & they sent me a return label. Great, so I asked if I had a defective cover or do all of them leak? Crickets no response, asked again and crickets again! My guess is they all leak and do not want that info out there, so I have a leaking cover. Also on one hot day the two rubber bumper guards fell off, the glue apparently got too hot and let go so I've got that going for me too! Except for the afore mentioned the top is nice. Of course I do not recommend buying anything from this outfit!!!

I have ordered a car radiator on January 13,2021 order number 2852178-823513 . I WAS SUPRIUSED WHEN I FOUND OUT IT WAS LEAKING AFTER INSTALLED ,NOW I HAVE TO RETURN IT AND ORDER AGIAN FROM carparts.com . I have to pay twice to mechanic of this , can you reimburse the money I lost because of your defective product. We are regular American people trying to survive ,this is an unacceptable situation. I will sending this information to Walmart corporate office also ,I lost 3 days of work.

I ordered a radiator and paid for it on 8/08/2020 I just read the reviews and I'm very scars it is now 08/13/2020 and DNA motors has not even started to ship it FED EX told me if I can get a hold of them tell them to bring it to FEDEX and they can have it to me in 1 day come on DNA WTF is wrong with you guys this many bad reviews WAL-MART will can your ass and then it's domino effect boom bankruptcy

This is the worst experience I’ve had ordering through Walmart.com. They sent me headlights assemblies and within 30 days of installation a headlight burnt out, then I emailed Walmart and they said DNA Motors would contact me.

They did not. Then I emailed Walmart 4 weeks later, nothing, 6 weeks after that, nothing, then today Walmart tells me I waited too long and that they have no action for compensation because they don’t sell the headlights WTF

Would've give zero stars if I could & that would still be to generous.. I ordered a radiator from DNA MOTORING INC through Walmart.com & have tried numerous time to contact them about their product that almost caused me to ruin a motor I just rebuilt cause it leaks everytime it get pressure built up where the tank is crimped to the aluminum core shit product from an even shittier company!!!

They suck. They won't give you a refund. You have To go through Walmart to get anything done.They sellcheap products.Wont respond to calls or e mails.

I purchase a set of top rails, luggage rack, and they do not fit my car. I have tried to resolve the issue with Walmart, but no results. The product is fro DNA motors inch and I will like the correct part for 2018 Nissan rogue sport. Please help.

I have called, emailed and now writing a review. I would like the correct item that I ordered to fit my vehicle, not even asking for refund. I so far have been brushed off, ignored not had any resolve. Would not order anything in the future unless there can be better customer communications!

Ordered a console tray for my tundra and it broke. Figured i caused it to break so i ordered another one and it broke. Got in touch with customer service and they gave me back my money for both trays. Found out the day after that i did not install it correctly and got back in touch with them and told them to keep the money as it was my fault and not theirs and they said that was okay and thanks for being honest Best customer service ever!!! Will definately buy from again

The sorriest service from both Wal-Mart and DNA Motors can not get in touch with either about a product I bought from DNA through Wal-Mart
