Purchased a Hypervolt massage gun on Walmart marketplace from discounts jungle. It did not function properly so I contacted Hyperice (company that makes the gun) and was informed that not only is it malfunctioning but it is counterfeit. Walmart should not allow this company to sell “fake” goods and discounts jungle should not mislead consumers by advertising goods as authentic!

Worst customer service ever I received the wrong size I contacted the customer service I told the guy I am leaving the country and you guys sent the wrong size he said “”Your emotional problems are not our concern. You're welcomed to return the order, or to keep it, and that's it.”” And actually I copy and paste what he said and his name is “”””Sam””””

I purchased a Bestian soundbar from these rip-offs I received the soundbar but no power cord no cables and no remote the person I am dealing with at discountjungle is Sam he is a real pleasure he does nothing but argue and tell you that you are the liar and you received everything in your box. People save your time and money discountjungle is a ripoff they will never stand behind anything they sale so it’s a BIG BUYER BEWARE.

Dry rotted jeans i got from amazon dissintergrated in my hands when I tried to unbutton and unzip them to put them on. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE CLOWNS.

I was sent two pair of the same jeans when I ordered two separate pair.. I like them but I would have liked what I ordered better. I have emailed them and it has been four days, I was told someone would get back to me in 48 hours..

Ordered a pair didn’t like Walmart is supposed to give a refund but they don’t this is why Amazon is a bigger/better company - they take everything back if customer is not satisfied! Jean shorts run extremely small or are not the correct size. Between the restocking fee and shipping fee, it’s not worth sending back for a credit. Will donate to Goodwill.

Do not buy false discription a of item don't expect to get what you bought and you will not be compensated or sent the missing or right thing either

I purchased two refurbished Shark dust busters from Discounts Jungle, using my Amazon account. Both item stopped working. Trying to recharge the batteries was failed. Tried to call them and there was no answer.

Also, I shipped to this outlet on January 10 a third dust buster, which I had for many years, requesting to replace the motor which I suspected defective. So far, I had not heard back.

When I ordered these jeans it said free shipping but yet when I placed the order for a $24.99 pair of jeans they charged me $26.13 for shipping. I definitely want that order canceled and I'm working on that now. Will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered a car radio from them threw Walmart a jvc with 3preouts they send me wrong item when I asked why I was sent wrong item they apologized and said they dont have anymore of what I ordered and sent a different radio instead of just refunding or even contacting me to ask. Now I call and get oh well. Very bad company

My receipt has exactly what I ordered a 2” BabyBliss Pro Nano Ultra Thin Flat Iton. I ordered 2 of them for a small savings and they sent me 1&1/2” flat irons. I am so upset because this morning s not what I paid for. Walmart should not associate with you for f you do business like this. Quote a price and then send the wrong thing. These are Christmas gifts for me granddaughters going to college. They were using their moms and needed one just like it for their own. Now What can I do?

This company is disreputable and shady. I wanted to return a tv and the process took days and was not up front. I had to call several days to find out what to do and then when I went to website i found out that there is a 20%restocking fee plus shipping back cost disgraceful scam that is surprising for walmart

I bought boss audio system and the right speaker was blown and they wouldn't even refund my product or let me upgrade to something better customer service was no help at all
