Hi. Most of the prices on the site seems. I was super excited to get the Funko Pop Pennywise! I could have got it a few dollars cheaper, but I saw a 15lb weight blanket for a queen size bed. I ordered a few other items. The Funko Pop had barcode stickers on top of barcode stickers on it, I don't take mines out the box. I didn't expect the box to be perfect it's okay os, one star for that. THE WEIGHTED BLANKET. The blanket Discount HQ sent me! It is 5lbs. The size of a baby crib. I don't have a little baby. Or a crib. My adult children laughing gets them no stars. Me looking foolish, gets them no stars.

Moving on.

My mystery box made it to me in about 2 weeks. Give Discount HQ a star. I get my box cutter. Opened that magnificent box of.

They must have gotten my box mixed up with a box of trash. I received a wonderful pack of 1970s decorative photo corners. They-were-just-cardboard-corners. Something for a gas can from the 70s. What else. A stuffed animal I wasn't sure if I should. It looked strange. It had been misshapen by objects being heavy on top of it. I got two opened games. It's a good thing I have the internet I can look up how to play. Hopefully all the pieces are there. I received a nurses top I'm not a nurse and men wool socks. A few DIY suff. Out of it all 15+ pieces I kept one item from T-j-maxx. I knew the box would be funny bad. No. No. My Dear it Bad Sad. This was a complete waste of money. I went dumpster diving the expensive way.

"Give us $50, we will promise you a box of surprise birthday gifts, we send you a box. All you really do is just pick through our trash. Good luck."

I'm sad. I'm broke. Because they sold me dreams and smoke. Nah. From all the reviews i believe they know.

Scam, it took almost 2 months to get the 4 mystery boxes that I purchased. Should have gone to the local dollar store to get better items. Most of the items were used not new! Boxes were open with no contents inside or missing items that were supposed to be inside the "NEW" item. Boot cleaners supplied were 1/2 empty. Do not recommend you waste the money, junk, junk, junk

Its a scam. When I finally received my mystery boxes over 2 months after i paid for them they were full of junk from a dollar store and damaged on top of that. I think they pull stuff from dumpsters and sell them online.

If I could give negative stars I would. Got mystery box and honestly I didn’t have high expectations but it was all mini and some of it used. There it all in the trash! Not even my kids wanted it. China junk that’s used beware.

The mystery box took over a month and a half to ship out. When it arrived, some products were damaged and it was just a bunch of junk for children or elderly people. Absolutely nothing useful to me. Complete waste of money. As far as customer service goes, it took 3 emails before I rcvd a response regarding why it was taking so long to ship. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money with this company.

I ordered over a month ago. Website says two to three weeks????

So I did what any bargain shopper would and ordered a Flash Sale $50.00 on 11/10..didn't notice the 2-3week ship window until after I ordered ok no big deal. On 12/10 I started email any update..after 3 emails I got a copy of a shipping UPS label created 12/9..so after a few more days I emailed again because there was no movement on the tracking number since 12/9.. so after treating that if I don't get my package this week I was calling my credit card company to stop the payment! On 12/18 I got an email that my package shipped via USPS!!! and should be here 12/21! So it sat in UPS pickup for 9 days I threaten them and they throw it in Postal Mail?? Can't wait to see what $h!t I get in these boxes now...totally ruined my excitedness about this

They are a scam!

A HUGE SCAM, they use misleading advertising, they publish photos that do not correspond to what you send, products so miserable and in such bad condition that they do not suit in the slightest. They said as a mistery boxes no refund.. I'm going to report them

We ordered on May 5th and here it is the end of October and no refund…SOMEBODY IS GOING TO REIMBURSE OUR MONEY!!! Keep getting the “working on your order” email. Work on my refund at this point. Will be escalating this situation. They need to be SHUT DOWN!!!!

Paid for a mystery box months ago. Complained multiple times about not receiving the package. Got responses back saying they would work on it, but no results. I’m out $50 with nothing to show for it.

SCAM! Received my 5-piece Mystery Box after waiting 3 months and it’s just a bunch of junk that’s useless. Lint roller refill-no handle, a couple cookie cutters and a Halloween bag that is from the Dollar Tree. Waste of money

Never ever buy something from them. They are sending the packages after certain emails and 3-6 months after the payment receipt. If you want to know what is going to be in your mystery boxes- toys and decorations from 99 cents stores and Dollar Tree worth a dollar each.

Very horrible experience. After making my payment in 3 weeks I received an email saying that my order will be delayed. So, I reached out to them and they told me it was an mistake and they were going to ship my order and offered me a free box of items. Well, in a nut shell, when I received all my boxes I had ordered was ALL JUNK, OPENED, USED, AND DRY ROTTEN ITEMS which I had thrown in the garbage and what I kept will be given away. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER USE THIS ORGANIZATION EVER AGAIN. I WASTED MONEY ON ITEMS I CAN NOT USE. SCAM ORGANIZATION MAKING AN REPORT AGAINST THEM WITH THE BBB

Fucking scam. Do not order from this fake company!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would have. While I did purchase the boxes at a sale, $125, all of the items cannot be resold for even half the price I paid. Half of the items sent were either broken, missing parts or outer box damaged.

The other items received don’t look like they were sold at Walmart or Target or Amazon. Those brands weren’t registered! Very sad and disappointing!

Update. After I contacted the BBB I finally received a refund. It took five months of waiting until I gave up and filed the complaint. I received several emails with shipping dates that never happened during that five months.

Said it will take 2-3 weeks to get boxes.....took 8 weeks!!!! Opened up my boxes and nothing was wrapped in mailing materials. They had opened all mystery items and they saw what was in them.They hand picked everything they put in my box. I wanted to unwrap my mystery items....that's the fun of it!!! I will never buy from them again. If something is was amazing in the wrapped packages, they kept them for themselves...give me cheap items!
