My daughter brought a PS5 digital thru the Walmart site in Aug 2021 for her daughters 15th birthday. Item received, everything worked nicely until last week when my granddaughter’s account was banned. According to PlayStation.com her console was reported as stolen by the seller, over one year later. Calls to Walmart go unresolved, walmart is denying any responsibility, was given a bad email address to contact the company.

Horrible customer service !! Run around about anything and everything. I will never ever do business with them again . Walmart should distance themselves from this company . Phone # no one answers , emails conveniently don’t go thru and some no se sense about system down .

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY from Direct Distributor through Walmart.com! I purchased a PS5 for my son for Christmas on 11/14/21 and was told it would arrive by 11/19/21. Nearly 4 weeks later no delivery. Shipment delayed in CA since 11/16/21 and never updated. Contacting for information on estimated delivery is a nightmare and you do not receive follow-up after requesting through Walmart.com who sends email saying you will be contacted within 48 hours. No return email or follow-up! When following up with Walmart.com

by phone nearly 4 weeks after purchasing, I was told I would need a refund. Then was told I would have to request that refund from the delivery company since the fault was on them not Walmart.com! Total mess and very bad business practices. DO NOT BUY from Direct Distributor on Walmart.com!! I was issued a refund, but had to go through hoop after hoop and threaten legal action to receive my refund. Just don’t do it!

My Xbox series x came in and works I paid an arm and a leg but I got it packaging for the console was alittle beat up so their warehouse practices are bad but good thing Microsoft packaged the Xbox very well seems if you are willing to pay the price they’ll get you the Xbox

I tried not to be desperate for a Series X and tried to wait it out but my Xbox One S is starting to slow down. So I made a rash and stupid decision to pay some 3rd party seller on Walmart.com $949, and from reading all these reviews I could get 4 outcomes. I could get a Series X, broken Series X, one that was meant for sale in the UK, or not get a Series X at all. I have read some of the reviews that say WalMart cannot help, so I may have to contact my bank

Super fishy when it comes to Xbox Series X sales. MS offers them for sale on the MS site, the stock is gone in under 30 seconds and then everytime Direct Distributor is selling them for $400 over retail within minutes. Im not saying that they use bots to buy up all the supply and then price gouge, thats not what I'm saying, but it is every time. You do the math...

I was sold an Xbox that has a start up error. I’ve been trying to get a hold of direct distributors for the last 2 weeks as has Walmart and they won’t communicate with me at all. The Xbox they sold me was supposed to be for players in the UK so the Xbox customer support here in the US can’t help me until I get a console made for use in the US. This has been extremely frustrating and shows what kind of business this is.

I couldn't return my switch lite (I thought because of COVID) so I checked back a couple days ago and the period expired.

Horrible service! Walmart needs to stop putting sellers like this on their website! My product never came! There’s no phone number to reach them at nor email! Walmart tried reaching out but no one has replied. We spent 400$ on something that never came!!! Plus extra for 1 day shipping and it’s been one week and product is no where to be found!!
