Direct care store Brooklyn new york11219 phone number 888-776-2009 is a disgrace to Walmart they talk to you like your garbage they send you the wrong merchandise and then tell you that someone must’ve stole it I received the wrong merchandise from them the package that was perfect the box was totally different white water Wallmart tried to talk to them and tell them to give me a refund or replace it he said no someone stole his package Wallmart covered me I turn a package they sent to me back in at Walmart and had it scanned they still with omit their air over $33 direct care store Brooklyn New York 1/14 and 42nd St. is a disgrace

I ordered some hydrogen Peroxide.

1 gallon container as I use it to clean everything I use it with mouthwash and many other things. My concern was I receive the box and most of the peroxide was inside the card box as evidently the gallon container was not secure in the box and most of it leaked out now I do not know how to get a hold of anyone and I’m out the money and I’m out most of the product that I attempted to order.

I ordered a cream for my baby on here when I received it, it was unsealed and was leaking . So I called the company . They didn’t even answer the phone like a real company . Anyways they sent me another cream for free, I opened the box and the cream was completely open spilt all over the inside of the box. I don’t think this is a real professional company . I would not recommend ordering from them . Walmart should cut ties .

i need this seller to contact me.... I am trying to leave a message from the Walmart site under contact seller and it will not send. I have tried several times and there is a notice coming up stating "We’re having trouble with your request. Please wait a moment and then try again" I have tried several times and that same message keeps coming up.

My order had tracking and said arrival by end of day on 4/2/20 but that did not happen. I need you to contact UPS & USPS and find out where this order is. I NEED THIS PRODUCT and need you to look into this for me.... My local post office does not have this order. It went to Shrewsbury which is the town orders often go to before they are dropped off to my local post office in Southborough. SOMEONE DROPPED THE BALL AND THIS ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE AT MY POST OFFICE... PLEASE REPLY AND LET ME KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WHEN I WILL RECEIVE THIS ORDER. THANK YOU.
