Someone hacked my walmart account and ordered a $386 item and had it sent to my house (probably as a "test" order). They immediately tried to order a $400 tv twice that might bank declined. I contacted Walmart AND my bank within minutes. Walmart allowed this order to go through. The bank said they would reimburse me. I got the order and went to the local walmart. They said I would have to get a walmart credit because I didn't have the card it was ordered with (we cancelled the card immediately with the bank). So I put it unopened in my closet. Today I get a letter from the bank that the company and walmart told the bank I have it. I call the bank and they say call Walmart. I call Walmart and they say they have to contact the seller Digitalshopper because it is outside the return time (I guess it's 15 days). DUH! that's why I asked about returning it at the local store immediately after receiving it. Immediately after this order was placed I contacted walmart AND the bank AND the seller! I used the "contact seller" button and told them this was fraudelant and that walmart was supposed to be cancelling it and over 24 hours later they shipped it! What a scam. After this is resolved I will be deleting my walmart.com account. If it isn't resolved I will be filing a complaint with the FBI and attorney general. Walmart needs to do a better job or change it's policies in regards to Marketplace sellers and security for their accounts. They saved my credit card information without asking me and then allowed my account to be hacked and a large order to placed. And then Digital Shopper allowed the order to go through even though I messaged them to cancel because it was fraud. What a scam. Make sure you delete your credit card info after placing any order on this site or with this company.

Ordered a laptop from them. They supposedly shipped it to an incorrect address (different city, different everything). I suspect they never actually shipped anything.

There prices have gone up tremendously from January 2019 to March 2019 by 31%.

Dishonest. Horrible seller. I ordered a phone from them. They cancelled the order the next day and said it was out of stock. But they told Walmart that I cancelled the order because I changed my mind. The fact is they cancelled my order because Motorola raised the price of the product, not because it was out of stock. They still had it for sale on their website after they cancelled my order, but at a much higher price. So dishonest.

I tried to order a PC that was supposed to arrive a week later. I received an email saying it was shipped, it never showed. I was also given tracking information to an item that was delivered before I even placed my order. They ignored two emails that were sent in regards to incorrect tracking info and the status of my order. After googling them and finding their number I called them, only to find out my item was on back order. Got it refunded due to not wanting to purchase from a place with complete lack of communication.
