Ordered bowl covers that are of such low quality that they are a waste of money. I suppose they are just another example of a U.S. company that values increased profit margins over quality. Or, maybe it's really a Chinese company disguised as a U.S. Company.

I purchased the 4pack on Amazon as I always do. This last purchase was March 2022. Just finished one jar and went to pantry for another and found these two messy jars. The 3D jar was ok but tasted rancid. The expiration dates on the jars is Mar 2024-such a waste of money. I’ll purchase single jars from grocery store from now on, even tho it’s a tad costlier.

This company is horrible been waiting on bows for a month you check.on the tracking and it just sets non the same place no emails back when I reach out to them three times still nothing Wal-Mart needs to do something about this company

Ordered drinking plastic straws, they created a label to make it appear that it's shipped, but tracking information indicates it's just sitting with the seller. Never shipped my items and waiting for Walmart to refund me what a hassle, Walmart should ban this seller.

I ordered a couple packs of seeds a week ago and just found out they are delayed with no new availability date. Because of this the Teacher appreciation baskets we were trying to put together are gonna be lite. Terrible way to do business. if you can't make the order, better notification would be helpful. Seems to be an on going theme with Wal-Mart and their shipping companies

NON-RESPONSIVE, UNETHICAL. Ordered from them. They said they had shipped-and when I checked it was obvious they only did this to prevent me from easily canceling once the product was 2 weeks late. I reached out-twice, with no response! DON'T USE THEM!

I ordered the 25 flower seed packs and while I received 25, there are many duplicates and none of the flowers I actually wanted. I'm very disappointed, especially since the item description claimed that it was 25 unique packs and as shown in the photo.

I ordered GE12983-4 25 Watt Crystal Clear-Light bulb (8pack) thru Walmart from DIy Tool Supply LLC for $20.99.I received only 4 light bulbs and I have already been charged $29.99 for this order. I am not suppose to be charged for this order until it is complete. Will you please send me the rest of the order or credit me for the bulbs you did not send. I can't give you more than1 star. If you take care of this order right away, I will change the star rating. Please reply or let me know if you need any more information. Thank you.

I ordered some of their products through Walmart. I received the order and the wrong things were sent. First off the order came in a used Amazon box and at first scared me because it looked as though somebody opened the box and then re-taped it so I was .concerned maybe there was a theft (I often get packages from Amazon also). Nope. It was from DIY Tool Supply. But, they didn't send the correct items. Included in the box was a piece of paper that said they take customer service very seriously and if there were issues to contact them immediately. It also said they would answer emails within 24 hours. So I emailed the address provided. It's been five (5) days and I haven't heard a word. This is my first time ordering their products. I will NOT do it again. From the packaging to the wrong items and complete disregard of my email I find this company extremely unprofessional. I will also let Walmart know my experience with this company.
