I contacted the company on January 9th to cancel an order. My card was charged today and the order was still shipped! Walmart needs to cease to use this manufacturer.

0 Stars - I ordered a fleece vest that came in filthy dirty (looks like poop stains on it everywhere), and a very bad body odor - I have been emailing someone from China back and forth who refuses to do anything about it. At first this rep. said in emails she would credit my account since within minutes of me placing my order through Walmart the price lowered. That never happened. Then when the item arrived in this condition, I was so (the P word) - The rep. claimed it was soiled in the warehouse. How does the rep. know that? AND, the shipped it to me anyway? And how does he/she explain the very strong body odor? Did the warehouse employee wear it for a week before sending it to me? Eventually I returned this disgusting item of clothing, (they sent me a return label) and they are still refusing to refund me. NO MORE WALMART SHOPPING FOR ME. I can get what I need from Target. I am returning everything I ordered from Walmart in December! We are currently working with the Arizona BBB and Attorney General's Office.

Hopefully, this company will respond to my request to return an item for a full refund. If they do refund my money, I will change my rating.

( I thought I was ordering from Walmart. I have a great rapport with them. I hope I will with Dgu Group Inc.)

I haven’t ordered from THIS company but notice that it is Chinese owned with an American address. I have been burned twice by these Chinese companies….never again. They sell JUNK that is NOTHING like what you think you are buying. Doesn’t even deserve one star. China is our enemy in so many ways. They are taking over while people sleep. You get what you pay for.

Trying to do a return and they are negotiating a price offered a six dollar refund to keep it and or told me to donate it. This is after 3 emails. They’re not returning it as stated free returns. I want my money back!! I give it a zero rating!!!!

I give 0 out of 5 stars ordered what supposed to be a sweater. After several weeks and Walmart customer service it arrived. It looked like scuba gear. It looked nothing like the picture and a size medium was more like an X-large.

I bought items from them that was too small and having a hard time getting my refund...they say they put it back on my card but is lieing once again ..then they wanted to give me half of my money. Please do not order from them because I cannot get my money back from them period.

Would like to rate lower. Give one month delivery estimate. When you say it is to long they try to says just wait and see if comes sooner cant cancel. But can return when arrives if you dont want. But wo t send you return insructions when asked. Stay clear

Terrible company Sent me a jacket that I ordered from Walmart wasn't the right item & wrong size. Going to contact BBB about these scammers!

Terrible company. It’s getting harder and harder to order from Walmart and it coming from another company. When I order from Walmart from now on it comes from Walmart or I don’t order there. This company Dgu is the worste

I will not order from this group ever again!!! i thought I was ordering from Walmart! I order a Black Blazer size 22. when it arrive cramp in my mailbox, I immediately knew something was wrong. the package was awful looking. I didn't knew that Walmart deal with a third party when fill out order. Thinking I was ordering directly from Walmart I was highly disappoint. The blazer was paper thin, didn't have a care label attach to the garment on how to care for it, the size was a 22 but to small. and on top of that didn't have a return label included so I can return it back. Have a shipping dept. 1055 Sesame Street Franklin Park IL. 60131. So I am out of $21.00. you guys are to be a shame of yourself for doing someone like that. All I can say that I hope other will read this and stay away from this company. You guys make Walmart look bad. I'm going to get in touch with the BBB.

Terrible company. Changes delivery date after I ordered. Lies about shipping order out already so that they don’t have to issue a refund.

Sent me the wrong damn size!! Sent a size large for someone who ordered a size small

Will not order from this group again. Its money lost. The return policy is next to impossible, in my opinion.
