Just go through Amazon or go to the store. Do not buy from this company on walmart.com, it will either be wrong or broken or used. Company is terrible to deal with.

I purchased a HP Thin client and when i went to set it up kept getting a block asking for an Administrator Password. No instructions were included in my shipment so took the computer to 2 different IT professionals for assistance. Neither of them could get past this password prompt and advised me this machine was used when in fact it was sold to me as new. Now they won't take the unit back or refund me and told me to contact HP! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Purchased a display form them. spent two weeks online with the manufacturer's customer service trying to get the unit to work. They wouldn't return the unit. Now were stuck with a $550 tv that doesn't work. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS, I WOULD.

DON'T BY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER! Walmart should be ashamed to do business with these people. They most definitely do not have the values and standards one would expect from a Walmart vendor. Their return policy and customy service is TERRIBLE. They DO NOT stand by their products like Walmart does. Very disappointing. This is a horrible company that will not accept returns when the date is within the 30 return period. I purchased an item through walmart and tried to return it within the deadline and they denied it. DO NOT BUY this product from them find someone else online!!!!

7/13: ordered a TV wall mount from Walmart. 7/14: received an email from an unknown saying only "you were shipped the wrong item and to keep it." 7/18: received a USB combo cable. Couldn't figure out why I got it. No more tracking information on my TV wall mount. 7/24: TV wall mount arrived. Now I understand the strange email, strange package, and the strange disappearance of my tracking number.

Bought a printer from DealClock through Walmart. IT IS TERRIBLE! Will not function correctly. They will not take a return. Walmart should be ASHAMED for doing business with this scam artist. I had a keurig k kafe for 60 days. The 16 oz button stopped working. This was there response. Again I used it for 60 days.

Even though this item is not returnable, as detailed in our posted Return Policies, we reached out to the distributor to try and obtain a return authorization. Unfortunately, our request was denied.

We work to offer our customers the very lowest prices possible, and in doing so, we are unable to absorb the losses of accepting returned items that cannot be sent back to the manufacturer for credit.

Unfortunately, we are not able to perform a return for an exchange as well.

WARNING!!!!!

Don't buy from this crooked site. Someone ordered a video card from this store using my credit card info. The only way they could have gotten that info is off of a Wallmart distrubutor site like this one. Although the idiot who defrauded me wasn't smart enough to change the SHIP TO address which resulted in the merchandise being shipped to me, THIS SITE WOULDN'T REFUND ME MY MONEY.

I now have an expensive video card which costs nearly $500.00 which I have no use for and these Cretins won't refund me my money even though I told them that it was fraud.

From the previous responses, I can see that they have been screwing their customers for some time now. If I could give them -5, that's right, minus 5, I would.

As for Wallmart. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU ALL AGAIN.

Terrible company as others have stated. I ordered a pair of headphones which never arrived. When I emailed walmart.com I was redirected to this company's customer support. I was told that they would do nothing about the missing package that clearly states the item was never delivered on walmart.com's tracking page. The email suggested I must have received the package and lost it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY--READ the reviews first! I ordered a dual clock/temperature though Marketplace at Walmart.com. The item was not what I thought it was going to be, in terms of quality and usage. I promptly returned the item to my local Walmart store. I was not given an immediate refund from Walmart. A few days later I received an email stating that a refund was issued to me via my credit card. When I checked my credit card account, there was no refund. I noticed, however, that I was charged an outrageous restocking fee upon returning the item. I will never use the Marketplace feature again! What a disappointment! BOO!
