I ordered a PS4 remote , not only did it take just about a month to arrive but they wouldn’t update on tracking my package, finally it arrives and it’s not even the PlayStation brand! The remote says wireless and as soon as you disconnect the charging cable the remote turns off, as well as buttons getting stuck and not working!!

I'm still waiting they giving me the run around saying that they ship it but its been 2 weeks im been waiting not cool

Never order from them. Orders never come and they ignore you.

Ordered a game controller from Walmart.com for sons bday which came from Dazzle Games. When we got it a battery was not in it, it was missing parts and of course wouldn't work. Now they won't answer out calls and Walmart is giving us the run around. Ridiculous!!!!!!

I seen all the reviews and believe them and choose to buy threw someone else thanks.

I ordered a ps 4 game controller through them via walmart marketplace. It will not work. I've attempted to reach someone to return it and havent ever heard back. Unprofessional!!!!! I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company! Very unethical!!!!

This device is defective it doesn’t charge I paid 30$ for something I can’t use I wasn’t sent a return label I called Walmart that told me to call dazzled game garbage I call. Then and gut hung up on 3 times called Walmart back and told me to go to there web site I did left my info and guess what you have it people no response but they want there money evan if the product you buy doesn’t work I’ll never shop Walmart online or with this dazzling game garbage.. well in that note I’m gonna go beat my head on a tree see if any more money I can just hand over this place and Walmart who where no help get a BIG FAT ZERO

The worst site ever. This place needs to be taken down. I ordered a mini nail file and the bits don’t even fit. Like many of you said I can’t get a hold of them for nothing.

They suck.. brought this wireless Wii controller for my son in 3 days it broke.. called no response filed a claim nothing. Purchased insurance through Walmart.com nothing cause of the year Warranty. Cannot get in touch with the manufacturer and stuck with a controller.

I ordered a nail file machine back in April. It will be June in two weeks, Have Yet To Receive The Item. No Response Will You Call Or Email Them. Waiting On My Refund.

Hey... I bought an electric nail filler few months back, used a few times on my natural nails (5,6 times) & today I wanted to file my toe nails & it stopped working... shut down all of sudden..

What should I do?

It's not worth it if we can't use it moderately... though it says in specification that it's of commercial grade... how can I return it or get a replacement?

I ordered a Wii remote that is malfunctioning. It doesn't work properly and it causes the other 2 (original) remotes to stop working. I've been fighting with Walmart, trying to contact them and Dazzle for WEEKS trying to get a refund. This is ridiculous! Why would you sell people damaged products and cause delay or deny refunds? Never again Walmart and Dazzle!!!!

I ordered 2 controllers for my son's birthday and they arrived broken. The nobs were stuck and not twisting right! They sent me 2 broken ps4 controllers. Not happy and my son is very disappointed! I demand a refund and a label to send this back!
