Have a very bad experience buy three pairs of shoes and they are bad bad I was so tired and send email to customer service and never give money back please don”t buy for this company they are BAD I give 0
NEVER AGAIN! DashingShoe is terrible. I had to email them to get "permission" to make a return, it took them 2 days to respond, and they just told me to "go to the website purchase history and mention a return". No details whatsoever. Agree with above customer, Walmart.com should NOT be using them as a 3rd party vendor. I could NOT make the return to a Walmart store, instead had to pay for shipping to California. If I had know this I would NEVER have made a shoe purchase. The shoes were poor quality too. Lesson learned....
Ordered shoes never received them. Their phone number is a computer number. No answer. I have never had problems with Walmart. But this company is bogus. My rating-0000000
Terrible product and TERRIBLE customer service. They do not allow returns and information is not available anywhere when you purchase. Shame on Walmart.com for doing business with this company on their site
Do not order from them, if you have to return an item there is 20% restocking fee & you have to pay for shipping
If there was a 0 star rating, that's what I would give. Horrid customer service. Will never purchase from here again.
