Terrible experience. I ordered the patio set as illustrated in photo from Walmart.com and hired their contractor services through "Handy". The firepit box came damaged. The set arrived in different shipments. The set doesn't match, it is not what I ordered. I have spent 2 months of my time trying to get them to pick up the set for they shipped it in error. They admit in an email it is different but can commonize the set. Not what I ordered or want. They refuse to pickup the set that is still boxed on my patio. Handy contractor services would not assemble because it is wrong set. They act like they will help.... they don't they tell you they sent the correct time. I now am charging them $50 weekly storage rate. They won't give me the CEO/ President name or address to communicate. They keep on trying to brainwash me into accepting what I was delivered. The last email told me to sell the set.
I ordered a 7 piece conversation patio piece and the quality was bad. I am currently trying to return this item that I purchased through Walmart.com and it's been a nightmare. I have received absolutely no help from Walmart and I am getting nothing but harassing e-mails from Danrelax. Horrible customer service and will not honor returns and their product is absolute crap!!!! After 7 e-mails they now want to send me a $50 credit - on a $700 piece of crappy furniture. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
This company is the worst. They email you a 3 am. The phone number that Walmart has for them is bad they offered me $100 off then when Walmart emailed again now it’s $50 off want me to pay to return defective product. Do not buy these they are the most uncomfortable pieces of crap you will ever regret buying.
Horrible experience. Shipped damaged boxes. My contractor who was hired to assemble set called to my attention that all items did not arrive and they shipped a different set. The company is trying to brainwash me into believing it’s correct. It’s bait and switch. Paid for a specific set and they shipped one of lesser value. Disgusted! Told them to pick up set; I will charge them storage fees weekly. They must pick up set at their cost it’s their mistake! Unethical/ not trustworthy and unfair tactics
My name is Vincent mannion,and i received only half my order and it's saying i have received it all?i ordered the 7 piece patio set and only received 2 sets of chairs and missing the other set of chairs and the table?will they be arriving soon
Bought patio set from them and only got 3 out of the 4 boxes. Contacted Walmart and they were of no help. Emailed Danrelax and got no reply. No phone number for them so I’m stuck!
This company is horrible do not buy anything from them their customer service is terrible bought an outdoor patio set didn't like it they gave me a terrible time trying to return it they won't answer their emails I told them that I simply wanted information to ship back they first offered me $50 then they offered me $100 I said now I don't want to credit I want to return the furniture they then just stopped answering me horrible horrible horrible Company please don't order anything from them
Danrelax sold a elderly woman a power lift chair thar fell apart less than 6wks later but they won't replace or return it because it's out of 30day return policy. Even though we sent pictures showing the poor construction
I purchased this chair. Immediately I realized it was not fit for my height; I felt uncomfortable sitting in it. I reached out for a full refund and they kept offering me a gift card in place if a refund. First it was $30, then $50, then $150. However, I paid $534 for the chair with warranty and taxes. That is insulting. They never provided me with the address to return the chair. I am hopeful with only 3 days until my 30 day expires they send the address. Then after that I read in addition to paying the return shipping I could be charged up to 50% for restocking. I would have thought better of a retailer through Walmart!!
Terrible company. No customer service. Sent me part of a chair and wanted me to pay $150.00 to send back partial chair. Do not buy from this company.
Bought my recliner in July, 2021 - chair began to fail almost immediately and finally started smoking in December. Seller tried to avoid assisting with a chair that I can no longer use due to potential fire damage. Advised they would try to get a discount for me and a replacement motor. Don't want a replacement motor because I will have to find someone to install it and not sure the chair will be safe even after that.
Bought on Walmart because I thought that meant they were a good seller but that is not the case. Do not buy from these people!!
I tried to save a few dollars buying from Walmart a lift chair. I'm not a protection plan buyer. Got what I paid for. An inexpensive poor quality chair. Lasted 5 months. No manufacturer warranty. Save your money.
