Earlier this year, someone wrote: I purchased Gold & Precious stone jewelry cleaner through Walmart.com when my package arrived it was the wrong product, i received my shipment it is a 2-pack of Silver Cleaner. It has been 10 days since i attempted a return through Walmart.com, Dakota Sellers has yet to respond. Horrible service and based on the reviews I should have read those prior to ordering from them. Never again. I have the wrong product and out the money. I JUST HAD THE EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE. THIS VENDOR IS APPARENTLY, EXECRABLE AND UNETHICAL.

I ordered JSP Silver Testing Solution. No packing slip, no instructions included. Box containing the testing solution has been altered. The item number changed using liquid paper to cover original item #. All 12 bottles have also been altered, showing the last digit/letter to have been scraped off the bottle. Therefore the item # on the box and on the bottle do not match. I don't know if I received the right item as there are no contents listed on any of the bottles, only the box. This solution is a chemical and should be listed on the bottle. I was waiting on other items for testing to come in, so of course, it's past the return date. Do not purchase from this company. I have pictures of all of this I wish I could post for evidence. DO NOT purchase from this company.

I ordered precious jewelry cleaner through Walmart.com on May 9th and this is now June 15th and my order still hasn’t arrived. I tried contacting Dakota sellers through Walmart and still haven’t heard anything back. I don’t know what’s going on but they got my payment over a month ago and I still haven’t received my package. I will never purchase jewelry cleaner through Walmart or Dakota sellers again.

Terrible company. I placed an order and they cancelled it, no explanations or emails. I only found out via an email from Walmart about the order "I" cancelled. Tried placing the order again several days later, the order went though and then again received an email from Walmart about the order "I" cancelled. It's not even worth the effect to contact customer service, I will spend my $ elsewhere.

It shouldn't take 17days to deliver an item from Wyoming to Mississippi. When I called the post office, they said only an label was printed but post office didn't received any package. I'll give negative 5 stars

This review is for Dakota Sellers. Their "shipping department" address is some random house in SoCal. My order arrived with nothing in the package. Instead of shipping me what I ordered, they issued refund (only reason this isn't a one star review). So I'm right back to where I was before I tried ordering from this place. Now I have to start all over again trying to order a product I ordered days ago. Not a good buying experience.
