Seller (DaaVeeDee) sent me a defective disc. I requested a replacement disc (instead of a refund) and the seller decided by himself that I must not have a region free player (I do. It works fine, except with this disc) and cancelled my replacement request and kept 30% of my purchase price for...reasons. This is fraud. Use this seller at your own risk. Will be reporting to BBB and NJ State AG.
I would give less than 1 star if I could. I purchased a Christmas present from them and it was the wrong movie series. I contacted them and they said I could return it than they wrote me back and told me I couldn't because it was long over due. I had purchased it within 90 days and it was unopened and it is even in the original shipping box . They were VERY rude, unprofessional and told me not to send it back because they would not refund my money. I believe I am still due a refund. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well.
Like everyone else, I feel scammed. Sorry I did not see the reviews before. Spent $200 on a boxed set of dvds as a Christmas gift only to find out that they won’t play on US DVD players. Went through the Walmart.com site and Walmart won’t help either…they say it’s up to the seller.
DaaVeeDee is disreputable and takes advantage of people. I’m also disappointed in Walmart and will be a 100% Amazon customer in the future.
No where in the ad does it say not playable in the USA..i tried different DVD players..i feel scammed ..

The DVD of GRACE AND GLORIE that I ordered is apparently defective. We have two DVD players and it will not play on either of them. Other DVDs play just fine and we tried several so there is something wrong with this disc. How do you want me to return it to you for a refund? Thank you. Gwen Colwell
My experience with you sucked I ordered American horror story series but nowhere in my history did it say can't play in the USA I'm returning the item back to you. I would like my full refund for my order. Why would I even order it if I had known? I'm not a happy customer.
