Total Scam! Ordered 400 dollar mixing board through Amazon. After they did not respond to inquiries I contacted Amazon who sent an emai to them.l Their response "someone will check on the order". Nope,never heard from them again. Amazon did refund my money pretty quickly and said they are going to look into them, whatever that means. STAY AWAY FROM CYBER OVERSTOCK.
I can’t get a hold of them, they provided a false number and false email contact. Walmart is no help they keep giving me the runaround. How is Walmart dealing business with a company with such bad reviews. I’m done using Walmart.com third parties
Very poor customer service. Sent multiple emails requesting an update on my delayed order, and they would respond each time by saying someone will check on the status and get back to me. Then I would receive no response for days, email them again, and receive the same response. My request for cancellation of my order went unanswered, so I eventually had to go through Walmart customer service directly to cancel my order and receive a refund. Would strongly recommend against purchasing through this vendor
The worst experience. I returned my order and I haven’t received my credit and the tracking information is not valid
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a set of Rockford Fosgate P3 2x12 from them and never got them. They created a shipping label so I thought they shipped them. Never heard anything so after a week I called FedEx and they said they never received the package to send it. Ended up having to get a refund from Walmart.

This is the worst service I have ever got in nobody go to this place they will not give you any info ab out your Item that you order they take days and week to even said an email back then they won’t reply back about my refund this place need to be shut down !!!
Ordered speakers at a good price and they refunded my money. Said item was damaged. Ok so send me another one?? This company is junk. Poor. Poor business
Ordered item by mistake. Tried to cancel before it shipped. Received item. Sent numerous emails about how to return item and get refund. Tried calling no answer. So far still never have received any response from anyone..Extremely dissatisfied.
