Similar to above, but my battery arrived with zero charge and therefore would not take a charge. They wanted me to send more money, but no warranty. This was ordered thru Amazon. I will try to get money back from Amazon.
I purchased a replacement battery for my laptop from WalMart.com. Even though the battery was advertised for fit my specific laptop, it did not. Now I've been trying to contact CWK Technology to find out how to return the battery and obtain a refund. The "contact us" link on their website does not work. The link shown on the Wal-Mart.com website for this item simply states "CWK TECHNOLOGY return policy. We always correct any problems! Have no worries with us. We promise to take care of all our customers." I have sent 3 different emails to the email address shown on their CWK Technology website and have not received any response. My next step is to report this company to the Better Business Bureau. Do not purchase anything from this dishonest company!
Avoid CWK if you can, of coz you can, just simply go OEM. CWK sells trash. Their battery is only good for 5-6 weeks, then it can not hold anymore. Warranty is a joke, they told you it is normal wear and tear.
Bought a replacement battery online from CWK (through Walmart) for my Toshiba Satellite L775-S7355. Product was received Jan 13, 2018. and was a perfect fit. However, the battery stopped working early April 2018, after less than 90 days in service. Sales ad said that it had a two year warranty. I contacted Walmart to obtain a replacement for the defective product. Walmart advised that CWK would respond to me in one business day. Hovever, after several days of waiting, CWK had not yet respond ed. When I tried to follow up with Walmart, my efforts were equally frustrating and ineffective. Obviously, any so-called product warranty is meaningless under these circumstances! Buyer beware!
Bought a laptop battery from them which stopped working after ten months. Messaged them requesting a new battery be sent (per the two-year warranty) and was told no, since it was "normal wear and tear". I also had to send several messages and leave a phone message before they gave me an answer. Beware this is a corrupt company that sells crap products!!!!!! The cheap comes out expensive!!!!
