Ordered this mattress on Sunday morning. After I ordered it. I realized I ordered the wrong mattress. I didn't need a foam mattress. So I sent a email about 20 mins after I placed my order asking for a cancel or refund since it didn't ship yet. Monday morning all they could say it is in process and couldn't return it. Only way I could return is refuse the delivery. Well people work and can't just take off. So I asked 2 or 3 times to cancel and only words was its already processed. Would not order from this company there customer services is the worst ever. My package didn't ship till later that day so they could of easily stopped it. But they rather take your money. I give them one star because I can't rate zero stars
Terrible customer service and returning product to this company is very difficult. Buyer beware!
