Send chair back for refund pay for shipping myself and haven't heard anything
There is no customer service whatsoever with this company. Will not answer any type of correspondence at all.
Do not purchase. The chair I have is very nice thank goodness. If I had a problem it would be horrible to get help. I just want to buy a battery, no luck.
Model ordered is not what we ordered and appears to not exist. They will not answer the phone. Rarely answer email and refuse to acknowledge the problem. We ordered the wolf remote, with dual 300w motors and a 24v20ah battery, received the wolf automatic and it is underpowered. We really wanted that chair, not the lesser one. We were charged for the fancier model. We will be having walmart do a refund as culver is being difficult and not responding anymore.
I recently received the chair. It appears to work well but does not have the side entrance feature as advertised. My mother needs this feature as she is often unable to stand. I have left several voicemails and have also tried online support with NO response. Now that they have my money they don't seem to want any further responsibility in service. Can't even send it back when I have no guarantee for a refund. I've given them 1 star but would like to have given a. -1
Unbelieveable fraud going on with Culver Mobility. They should be removed from Walmart. They are not the distributor nor manufacturers of Mobility scooters. They do not give you invoices nor packing lists and they lie and guess their way to try to make you think they are solving their problem. Items sent appear defective, refurbished, missing parts, items and all things that are not new. They say its new and then you prove to them it is not. I am expecting a full refund. I also want to have them sued for the elderly abuse of not shipping functional mobility products and taking elderly for their money. They are not to be trusted and they do not communication with facts and any paperwork trail. I have reported them as fraudsters…. They do not deserve a rating as poor. It’s criminal
CHAIR ARRIVED WITH DEFECTIVE JOY STICK. THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND A NEW ONE, BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND NOTHING YET. THEY WERE HELPFUL AT FIRST BUT THAT FADED AWAY. NO EMAILS ANSWERED,NO PHONE CALLS ANSWERED. AM BEGINNING TO THINK I AM NOW THE PROUD OWNER OF A $2000.00 BOAT ANCHOR.
I received a different wheelchair than I ordered and cannot get in touch with them. They will not answer the phone so that I can rectify this. They are false advertising the chair I ordered on Amazon and Ebay and sending one with a weight capacity that we can't use! Buyer beware!
My senior citizen father who is in chemo was taken for his money! They sent him a defective mobile - it’s missing the the whole top part! Now he has to pay for return. We are helping but what a headache! They are HORRIBLE! They don’t return phone calls.
