Ordered a 2Tr Apple computer but received a 511 gb and they will NOT correct. I see other reviews they did the same thing. CTS Warehouse IS A DISHONEST CO. Do NOT purchase ANYTHING FROM CTS WAREHOUSE.

I bought a used27 inch iMac )(2019) model. It is an awesome computer, but the keyboard and mouse sent were not Apple. Instead it was unnamed junk. The mouse had a short which shocked me and the batteries overheated. I threw the mouse away. The keyboard is with my friend who finds it useful and takes up only half the space of a full keyboard. I have since purchased a full keyboard and new mouse.

So angry with this company!! Bought a item on Amazon from them on May 20th it is now June 5th!! Still haven’t received anything!!!

thanks for posting these reviews. I ordered a 27 inch IMac all in one, but I was leary, because they don't really give out any details. contact info was worthless. after reading these reviews I cancelled my order, it still hadn't shipped. thanks once again

Company misleads customers buy selling old iPads with vague descriptions and stock photos to trick you

This company is a scam !!!!Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company I bought a 1500$ MacBook Pro from Walmart and when I received it it was used which I was not informed of it was missing a charger which it was supposed to come with after trying to return the laptop for 5 months with the seller ignoring my emails I finally was able to get a return of which I had to pay 50$ shipping. At this point they have had the laptop in their possession for almost 2 months and are refusing to refund my money and i am having to look into legal options. After 5 months of trying to return this item I have no laptop and no refund and also out 50$ that I had to pay for shipping

drop shipping company that takes your money and no hopes no it works out for you. The website prompts me to call a number that sounds doesn’t have a voicemail set up. Bought for my sons birthday on the 19th. Haven’t gotten the refund yet and can’t buy another until I get my money back. Again not their problem, some empty warehouse in NJ has it.

They are extremely unresponsive I would give less than one star if was able I purchased a computer from them it was very beat up Apple ID was still attached to previous owner will never use them again beware spend the money to get a new Mac from apple these people are thieves

I bought nothing from CTS and got nothing from them...can you figure that??? like in th UK they all get free Amazon stuff for spying on people yeah really the UK is a happy go lucky drug container - try it for yourselves...spy for now!!

Such a dishonest and unreliable. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING from either refurbished or manufactured at this Place. I bought a MacBook that needed a firmware password. Contacted them several times via email and phone, no respond. Such a JOKE!!

I purchased an iMac that was supposed to have the Catalina operating system and what I got was an older version with the Yosemite operating system which was 5 upgrades ago. Dishonest and BAD business. If I ordered a steak at a restaurant and you brought me a cup of croutons is THAT the same thing? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this shifty outfit. If ZERO stars was an option I would have given them that.

We purchased a 27 inch iMac with 1 terabyte of storage. The computer that arrived had 25 GB of storage, less than my cell phone.

Do not trust CTS Warehouse to deliver what they sold you.

I purchased a iMac 27 inch all in one 2/2020, Come to find out the computer was 11 years old. After 5 months the computer stop working!!! I contacted CTS and all they said was sorry!! They offer a 30 day warranty!! Do not buy from CTS, they sell old junk!! A scam company!! Buyers beware !!!

Purchased a Refurbished Dell Chromebook 3120 11.6" Intel Celeron N2840 2.16GHz 4GB 16GB SSD Laptop from Walmart.com. The entire computer will not power on. I've plugged it in two different spots in two days, still NO POWER. Reported it. Got an an email from Linda @ CTS WAREHOUSE who stated that they have the shipping system and the warehouse know which item I bought, and they will ship the correct charger. A my question was, how did she/he know the charger was the problem??? No response. It's over 2 weeks and still no charger.

Ordered and paid for a 2019 imac computer and found out that they sold me a 2014 model! Serial number was listed as unavailable on the computer but with the help of Apple support we were able to locate it and found that it did not match up with the serial number on my receipt! This is total fraud!!!!

Ordered the - Apple iMac - All-in-one - 1 x Core i5 2.7 GHz - RAM 8 GB - HDD 1 TB - GF GT 640M - GigE - WLAN: 802.11a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 - macOS Catalina 10.15 - monitor: LED 21.5" 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) - keyboard: QWERTY US. It says right in the description that it has the new OS "Catalina" truth is it has Yosemite from 5 updates ago. I asked them about it and they told me "We don't create the listing"!! Well who does create the listings for the things you are selling because they are lying for you. I am not able to upgrade it and they should take responsibility for it or be turned in to the Better Business Bureau or shut down. Lying about your products and selling people something other than what you list makes you crooked criminals. I would advise against buying from this outfit.
