got a hard drive and it blued out on me. ive used this winstick 4 years now and all on new drives and NEVER had a problem so im guessing this was a coorrupt drive. lucky it was under 20 bux . im going to amazon or best buy. by the way there is no fix 4 the BLUE. and i tested my stick afterwards on my other drive and there was no blueing afterwards. so its the drive . sorry

We ( My Wife and I) ordered an evo computer for our nephew for Christmas. Instead of recieving the computer we recieved two dell chargers . This package supposedly came through a third party craving savings instead of Walmart. We have video footage of the delivery package looks retaped plus we didnt recieve the right product or a full refund. I will be contact the better business bureau.

Ordered a tower and they only shipped a keyboard. Said they sent tower and will not refund money. Ordered thru Newegg and they were no help either.

I have a $500.00 door stop thanks to these people! I bought A Lenovo tower computer in 2019, and it has never worked. Power button lights, but that's it! I sent it back three times, and finally had some tech guys in to try to fix it. They couldn't fix it either! Then Covid hit, and I was tired of mailing it back to get fixed. Seems like it was a losing battle anyway, since they kept sending it back saying it was fixed (it was NOT). I will NEVER buy from these people again!

Purchased a Lenovo laptop from them via Walmart.com as of May 29th and the computer is no longer operable due to the inability to charge ! Safe to say that I am pissed as the seller is not looking to service or offer a replacement. Looking to file a BBB complaint as soon as possible. Just disgusting!!

Just tried to buy a computer. After a day I tried to track the shipment and saw my order had been cancelled. They said my payment information was no good. I checked my bank account and there was a successful charge even though my order had been cancelled! I tried to contact their customer service and was on hold for 30 minutes being told I was next in line. After 30 minutes it put me through to a voicemail! How ridiculous! I will not be trying to repurchase the desktop and I will stay far away from this company and ordering anything from Walmart online in the future.

They use Fed-Ex and tells fed ex that you be required to be physically present(not anyone else) to sign for it, anywhere between the hours of 8 and 8. If you have a job, you know this is not ideal. I tried to email craving savings and have not received response. I also spoke with fed ex and they would not negotiate delivery options. I have been waiting 8 days since the order and 5 days since the 1st delivery attempt. DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!

Bought a high end computer for business from them and it konked out in a few weeks. Seller refuses to service this. We used it all of 3 weeks before it was completely inoperable. They will NOT stand behind their products so think twice before buying from them.
