I ordered a part in December with a promise of delivery within a week. My credit card was charged, but the part never arrived. It's now June, and I have tried to contact them several times, with no luck or response. It shows as "delayed" on the order page STILL.

I ordered a CPAP mask in middle of march via Walmart. Mask never arrived. When checking the tracking they provided it indicates "Cancelled". I sent them several emails through the Walmart portal to ask about status. they never responded. i emailed several more times to request refund. no response. Walmart not too helpful either as you cant get anyone to reply. Will work with my credit card company to dispute. Will also contact the better business bureau and attorney generals office about this business. STAY AWAY!
