I ordered pillow cases via walmart online site Then I noticed that although I ordered on 10/10/2022.....the delivery date would not be until 10/26/2022. Believing that excessive and unacceptable....I clicked the 'cancel this item' on walmart....and received a reply that my request was forwarded to cozy array and I would get a response within 48 hours....I got an email saying 'Cozy Array offices and warehouse will be from 10/7/2022 thru 10/19/2022. ..and that during that time no email or phone correspondence would exist!!! Please not the wording....didn't even say closed.......Cozy Array offices and warehouse will be from.......I google and call ....press 2 for customer service.....Leave voice mail...We are currently closed........I got with walmart and asked......why are they selling items when their business is closed........AND NOT MENTIONING THAT. .....walmart says ultimately they will even be responsible for a refund within 7 days......I also notice while closed Cozy Array still is selling out of an Ebay store!!!
