Ordered from Walmart. com treadmill did not work. Walmart will not refund and said contact Costway . No phone number n email costway is joke. I am contacting Better Business Bureau . My husband is attorney will be filing lawsuit.

Costsway Air Cooler is a piece of junk. I ordered from Walmart.com . The instructions were for the model were incorrect and there is no costumer phone number. The emails are not answered. DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Walmart would not refund said to get hold Costway! Walmart.com should not sell merchandise they are not going to refund.

This vendor Costway is the worst their phone number is useless there is no help from them very disappointed with them.

I bought a non operational treadmill that rotated less than one full cycle and never worked again. I tried all sorts of troubleshooting measures and nothing sufficed. The customer service number went to a voicemail that was full and the email contact has been acting as if I haven't tried everything under the sun to get it to work so I'm at my wits end. I want a refund, pronto!

Bought a "waterproof" outdoor patio set and one rain later and the cushions are now molded and destroyed! Customer service is non existent!

bought a treadmill. it was delivered week of thanksgiving. used it nov 30-dec7 just fine and on dec 8 it started making the loudest noise the faster you walk the louder it gets. I have been emailing back and forth trying to get refund. They keep offering$230.00 for me to just keep it.I paid 605.00 i want my money back. after my last email exchange with them on dec 15 telling them i will seek an attorney they have blocked my email address and will not acceopt emails. Iwill contact an attorney. Walmart.com will not help. I will also contact BBB Best advice DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THAY ARE A RIPOFF..........I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT

I purchased a Christmas tree from the Walmart website. When I opened the box the wires for the lights was cut into multiple pieces. I emailed Costway and I received no response! I found their customer service number through google since there is no customer service number on the Costway website!! Their online chat doesn’t work either.

I am out of $109.00 with a useless tree in my house! Do not buy from this company. I am pissed which is an understatement!!

Do not buy anything from this site, it is a. scam. They sell substandard products and then refuse to refund your money. Walmart should not be associated with this rip off site.

Horrible customer service! Been battling for a week to get a return label and my money credited to my card. Still nothing! Keep getting the runaround. Beyond disappointed

I had bought one of costway vanity desk set that was on the Walmart website when I received the box the corners were pushed in when we opened up the box and started putting the product together faces of the drawers were falling off the footstool to the vanity was busted and as we're trying to glue stuff back together it still was falling off to make it stay finally gave up it was a Christmas present and go to Walmart to get a refund find out if third-party so you have to go through costway which is a Chinese company who then requires you to open the box back up take pictures of it falling apart and then get nothing in return so you're stuck with this broken cheap product that is from China that you think you're getting it from Walmart and you're not I'm very disappointed in Walmart for carrying such a crappy furniture and expect customers to eat the cost after it is been shipped to their house and is broken very very disappointed in how Walmart and costway are merged together in this bad bad product

Awful service when my washing machine came to me completely broken they did nothing.
