Ordered a product from this company and paid extra for expedite shipping which was 3 days. Didn't receive until 9 days later. Called on the 4th day and was told they couldn't issue a refund until the package was delivered. When received, I called back and was then told that I wouldn't be issued a refund because once the package was shipped from the warehouse "4 days after purchase," it was delivered within the expedited time, which THAT was a lie. When asked to speak with a supervisor I was told I could only do so via online messaging. When i attempted to do a refund on the sale itself, was told it would be a charge to return the item. Do not, I repeat do not deal with these people, or should I say person since it seems I was only dealing with one individual during multiple calls

Apparently this happens with many other unsuspecting parents and buyers, but I purchased school clothes for my child and they arrived too late for school to start. I had to purchase other clothes. When I tried to return the unnecessary and expensive pants, I was given the run-around. I was told I had to do an elaborate and inconvenient return at my own expense even though the issue was their fault. Their Facebook page and other reviews note the same issue. They are not trustworthy and give Wal-mart a bad reputation. Now I don't trust anything on Wal-mart because of this fiasco, certainly not for school items.

I bought a camera from Walmart which was sent by Cookies Kids their vendor. I tried to return the camera a few days later but Walmart said their system was down. I went back again appx 10 days later and surprise, their system was still down. WTF? So I called CS and they sent a mailing label. The camera was received on February 26th but i didn't get an email confirmation until a week later saying my refund had been processed and would show up in 3-5 business days. That was on March 4th. It is now March 16th, and I still haven't gotten my refund and I've sent SEVERAL emails to Cookies Kids with absolutely no response of any kind!!! They are thieves an con artists!!! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!!!
