Cook & Dine Specialist

I'd be real careful of buying products from Cook n Dine. Their products are junk. Distiller I bought stop working after 10 times in 6 months. They WILL NOT back their products. Will not refund your money or send replacement. They are crooks. The company name should be CROOKS n Dinr

I made a purchase thru Walmart to (Cook & Dine Specialist). The product is JUNK. I tried to return for refund via Walmart, (Walmart said I will hear from seller in 48 hours, I did not. I called Walmart again and they contacted Cook & Dine Specialist again. Told me I will hear from the seller in the next 48 hours. Seems like Walmart is also getting the run -a-round. I would prefer a no star rating. Walmart told me they will give me my refund this time if Crook & Dine Specialist does not reply within 48 hours.

Do not trust this company. They are liars and thieves. They gave us the run around on a deer Hoist that broke first time being used. They lied about the return time frame. And they stole our money. I really wish I could give them 0 stars but it won't accept my review unless I at least give them a 1 star.

Don't buy. Customer service is bullshit. They refuse to do a return or exchange. All they want to do is send you parts for you to fix it yourself. I try contacting Walmart it self that was a waste of time. They do nothing. Try to cancel my plan I take out with the heat press and they refuse to cancel it. Walmart keep sending me to all state, all state keep sending me to Walmart.

I received the three wheel bicycle, but it was missing the rear derailer and could not be put together. I filed a request to return and have heard nothing from the seller. It has now been over two weeks since filing the request. No customer service and Walmart does not help even though they sell though Walmart. Very unhappy.

I WOULD LIKE A REPLY CONCERNING ONLINE PURCHASE FROM YOU ! FOR A RETURN OF DEFECTIVE APPLIANCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
