AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
Tried to ordered disposable cameras from them, but instead was shipped a film processing starter kit. Upon reading reviews, which you have to go deep into, the real negative ones are hidden behind fake, positive ones. They advertise as all-needs photography business, but sell Vaseline and Gilette Razors. This should have been my warning sign.
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No action taken whatsoever. No emails returned. When called repeatedly there is only one guy with a Yugoslavian accent that answers the phone. He can't even speak English and has a disagreeable attitude. There is no manager you can talk to. They refuse to send a return label for products ordered well before 30 days after the order, no matter how often you call Support. I would rate it ZERO stars if possible.
Continental Photo did not respond to 4 attempted contacts through the web. Package arrived 8 days late and only after I filed missing package complaint with USPS. Don't buy anything from these 3rd party vendor who sell on Walmart.com!!!
