Gentlemen: On April 24, 2024 I ordered Microsoft Office Student and Home 2021. What I rceived April 29, 2024 was identified as the 2021 version, but in fact was the 2019 version. I have tried several ways to get the company to send me the 2021 version. My latest attempt on 21 June 2024 was to contact Walmart Customer Support by telephone and spoke to Sherilyn. She sent an e-mail to Computer Werx with copy to me requesting Computer Werx to contact me ASAP to arrange to send me the 2021 version as a replacement. I was told that Computer Werx would contact me within 48 hours. That did not happen. I contacted Walmart Customer support again today (1 July 2024) and this time the representative told me there was nothing she could do. This has been a disappointing experience of purchasing through Walmart. I will not do it again. This evening I tried to contact Computer Werx Support but could not because their e-mail address is virus-ridden. So neither Walmart nor Computer Werx has provided what I expect in terms of customer support. Based on my expereience I would not recommend Computer Werx or Walmart. Donald J. Not good at all . No instructions. I tried the repair reinstall/windows 10 disk several times and nothing happens. I dont recomend buying this product. Two thumbs down. GARBAGE

Please do not get this Walmart Vendor confused with Computer Werx of Kyana based out of southern Indiana. They are not affiliated in any way to each other. Nor would they treat their customers with such disrespect or disregard.

I bought a set of 3 disks Windows 7 from a Computer Werx, - one Windows 7 32bit disk, a second Windows 7 64 bit disk and a Driver Pack disk. Time passed and now, after reinstalling Windows, I needed a driver pack disk and it turned out that the disk was defective. The DVD player cannot read this disc, although it reads other discs perfectly. I wrote to the Computer Werx about this problem, to which he replied - I need to buy this disk, I convinced him that the disk is defective through his fault and should be replaced, but he insisted on his own - I need to buy the disk again. From now on if I need any kind of software I will avoid this vendor, what I recommend to everyone else.

Purchased a Windows 10 Pro CD in August. At beginning of installation, I had to by-pass the 25 digit Product Key, because it kept coming back as being INVALID in bright RED letters. The OS works, but what good is a computer if you can't sync it to your Micro$oft account to download YouTube? Nothing seems to be working on the Walmart site where I purchased the OS CD, so I decided to come to this site and give a very honest review. My review, in a nutshell is this: go somewhere else to purchase stuff for computers.
