Color Profit Kids

I ordered some cordless shades from them. They came folded in half in a 12 x 12 package with clothes pins. I was shocked at the quality of the product. I wouldn't even pay $1 for these shades let alone $10 something a pair. The clothes pins are to hold them up. What a joke. I contacted them to get a refund and they only wanted to give me a partial one. I said no and they said they would give me a 50% refund. Again I refused and said I wanted the complete refund so I can get some decent shades for my two windows. I was offered 70%, again I said no. Next thing I know I got an email from them stating that a refund has been issued and didn't give and amount. They said I could keep the blinds. I got another email from Walmart.com stating that a refund was issued but was for only a little over $10, half of what I paid. I contacted both stating that I am not happy with this refund. Color Profit Kids told me to keep the shades. Why should I pay them over $10 for something I can't use and will discard. I then contacted Walmart.com about the money not being refunded in full.

Zero stars for them. Shipped my time-sensitive order to another state (not mine) and allowed it to be picked up by someone (?) not me. Phone 888 is a scam. Says "call back during business hours" but conveniently doesn't GIVE those hours.

Walmart should NOT have them as a 3rd party seller. Walmart should exercise more care on who they let BE 3rd party sellers.

1. they shipped my order using counterfeit postage, so USPS held it in IND for 3 weeks (still there according to tracking). 2.when I asked for refund, they kept asking for more time, saying it's out for delivery (HAH!!). seems like scam company. Lucky for me, Walmart offered instant refund when I complained. But why does Walmart do business with this place with all the complaints?

First my order was delayed & wasn't going to get here by christmas. When I asked them to cancel because I'd already purchased a replacement, they disregarded the request & instead shipped the item immediately. It arrived broken & now since Walmart has not provided their employees with the proper technology to print a label, I'll spend my money to print the label & ship it back. Will never use Walmart.com for these types of purchases ever again.

I purchased a 12cm clear Orchid pot. It arrived in a thin bag with no bubble wrap crushed. It also arrived a week late. I reported it to Walmart and requested to return the item. Walmart referred me to Color Profit Kids.

They required I send pictures. I complied. Their response was, "... the product should be squeezed and deformed during transportation,...we are willing to refund you 20% as compensation, can you accept it?" Walmart better solve this!

Received bucket, was bent almost half, rim broken. Was sent in a plastic bag not a box. Very dissatisfied

I paid for my order on March 1. It is showing in my Walmart basket waiting for payment

I have not received my order and now they want me to pay again

Ordered Bark collar with remote on 11/30/21 through Walmart on line. Received and Order was missing USB Charger Adapter. Can not charge without it! Walmart sent message and gave me contact number. Number OUT OF ORDER!? Waiting for email or? from Color Profit Kids.
