I order some filters from you people on June 28, 2021 and I was told I would get them on July 1, 2021 and I still have not got them and I paid$31.68 for them. Order # 4502153-819780. Could I get the filters or My money back.

Terrible seller. Advertised a branded item, sent off brand. Never responded to contact attempts. Will return through Walmart site.

Can't give a zero star review. Ordered replacement filters for my Shark vacuum. Has not been received. Credit card was charged, over 3.5 weeks ago. Seller is not responsive to inquiries, I am on my third one. Wal-Mart website doesn't appear to be easy to navigate for refund. Frustrated we can't get anyone to respond. Don't shop here is a rip-off!!!!!!!!!! Stick to Amazon. They care!

Cancelled my order with no explanation. Seems like I'm not alone. Get rid of them!

I don’t know how this seller is allowed on Walmart or Amazon. They’re scam artists and thief’s. I’ve never see a seller as unprofessional and greedy as this one and I recommend never buying from them ever.

Zero. They are thief’s. Charged my charge card and now can’t find the order, even when I sent the order number, usps tracking number, my name address. What else do they need. Never,ever order from this company. Walmart was no help at all. They even gave me a delivery date. What a loser marketplace.

Should have read the reviews first. Did not receive my order on the day promised. Tried to e- mail the company but the e- mail.won’t go through.

I will also contact my credit card company. Why won’t Wal mart back these companies?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I only received part of my order that I placed through Walmart.com. Apparently Coffee & Toy is the seller/shipper.

I also received a product from Coffee and Toy. It was not the right item. I have made several attempts at contacting them and each time was told that I would receive a communication within 24-48 hours. I am now going to contact Walmart and tell them that Coffee and Toy company are giving them a bad name and ask what THEY will do about this. I order a lot personally from Walmart all year long as I have a son and family out of state. So I have the items shipped directly to them. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. THIS IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO ORDER THINGS FOR OUR OFFICE AND THIS IS NOT MAKING ME LOOK GOOD EITHER!!! WALMART YOU NEED TO DROP THIS COMPANY FROM YOUR MARKETPLACE!!

I ordered from walmart.com and coffee and toy. The item sent was not what was ordered. I have been unable to get the proper item. This is not what a good company is about. Never again.

My heart sank after reading these other three reviews because it looks like the problem I currently have with Coffee and Toy was not just a mix-up, but "business as usual" with them---shady business, that is! Some items I ordered were supposedly delivered to me today, but they were delivered to a different town in the state where I live. After reading these other reviews, I don't have high hopes of Coffee and Toy honorably resolving the problem. I just hope Walmart will provide me with a refund!
