I purchased the 3 piece sofa, chair and loveseat set. The chair was the only item delivered on time. I had to wait 3 additional days to receive the other 2 pieces. Upon opening the box for the loveseat and attempting to assemble it, my husband noticed that the bolts that are inside the arm that the legs screw into are assembled too far up into the arm for the legs to even attach. I called the 1800# and let them know the issue and I was told I would receive an email with the replacement details. 3 days later I received an email requesting pictures of the issue. I sent those and didn't hear anything back from the seller. So days later I sent an email asking what was taking so long and I was told that they were waiting on a response from the seller. A few more days go by without any response from the seller so I sent another email letting them know that I was just going to have to start a return on walmart.com. I received a response from customer service stating that the replacement items were shipped on Nov 23rd and listed the tracking #. However here we are 5 days later and the tracking information on Fedex states that the label was created on Nov23rd but nothing has shipped yet. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this seller at all. It's not worth the hassle. Its too bad that ZERO stars isn't an option.
I recently ordered and purchased a 4 set of rattan sofa. It came as early as expected. But looking into the product , I’m so disappointed with the materials used. We opted to return the item at Walmart in our place but they doesn’t want to accept the returned item instead we were asked to contact their customer service and the latter doesn’t not answered as well.
I wanted to rate your company ZERO or NO STAR at all for the deceitful product sold on line.
Remember the money we pay for your product is a hard earned money!!!!
I created an order on 8/18/2020 & received an email on 8/20/2020 stating it shipped & was to be delivered on 8/31/2020. I needed the tent for 9/05/2020. When the day passed, I tracked my order to find that the date was pushed back to 9/4/2020. Per the CoCLUB email- due to the pandemic, they noted it could be a 5-10 working day delay. The tent was delivered on 9/9/2020. I spoke with CoCLUB & they would not let me return the unused/opened tent. They offered 10%...then 15%... then completely stopped correspondence. This order is well passed the 5-10 working days & they refuse to properly accomodate. If you order items via walmart.com & it says CoCLUB... I'd go another direction.
I purchased a swivel floor corner tv stand from them which came in a no brand box and absolutely no instructions. My husband and I have been struggling to put it together and there is no customer service phone number we can call for assistance. I'm going to reach out to Walmart to see what they can do but never again will I be purchasing from these third party vendors on Walmarts website!
Had to get Wal-Mart to Refund the Money due to the fact that the wrong product was sent, and their phone number is a BAD NUMBER.
Unfortunately I have to agree with the reviewers. They do not honor their policies. Bought a tent, and needed to return. They wouldn't accept the return and told me to go sell it myself.

SCAM COMPANY ALERT! Ordered a baker's rack via Walmart, but the seller was CoClub. No packing slip or return address...just a box. Piece missing, directions vague and rack kept tumbling to ground. Packaged rack, went to get refund at Walmart. They said I had to return to seller. This is where the nightmare begins. CoClub requested pictures or video of the product in order for them to determine whether I was eligible for a refund. This is nonsense. After three requests, and CoClub basically taunting me in its last e-mail stating, "if you don't fulfill our request, we can't send you a return label, and you can't return it to Walmart either." I wrote a letter to Walmart.com which received no reply. Once CoClub sent the 3rd message with the taunt, I called Walmart customer service and was issued a full refund. They told me to keep the rack, donate it or toss it. Walmart should thoroughly vett the companies they do business with because CoClub's communication and sophomoric responses have me believing it is someone working out of his or her basement. Know in advance that if you're unhappy with your purchase and request a refund YOU WILL NOT GET IT. This company is a SCAM! No star rating as far as I'm concerned.
Furniture arrived 3 weeks late and wasn't what the website described. The company isn't wanting to give a refund. Do not buy from this company.
They are the worst. I ordered a bed frame for my kids and when I got the package the bed frame was literally made out of cardboard. Like what kind of people sell things like this. I reached out to them for a refund and they giving be the run around. Telling me I will get 10% refund and keep the item and I told them no I want my full money then they said I give you 50% refund and said if I send it back it will cost me more money. Walmart should stop using third party sellers. This is ridiculous. If they don’t give me my full refund I will take matters further.
Bought a TV stand from them. It came with no instructions!! I left a voicemail with NO RESPONSE and contactEd Walmart who sent an email on my behalf with NO RESPONSE!! I generally don’t order from Walmart third parties and I won’t again.. Walmart should really consider to stop selling their merchandise. I’m just going to take it back and get my money back!

The product was defective knife sharpener. Waited 1 week after walmart sent them an email. I did get a response from coclub they wanted pictures of knife sharpener. Did not say anything about sending back product. Said warehouse would look at it. Big runaround...This company is a joke and walmat should not being business them.. They are a joke. BUYER BE WARE
Scammers, they dont return phone calls. Just take your $ nomatter how dissatisfied you are. Walmart should protect customers from them.
Horrible. My item said shipped since May 28th, 2020 as of today Nothing has been given to Fedex and I reached out to Coclub they're going to email me delays due to riots and covid. They need to stop It I checked Walmart website the item is out of stock. I called walmart to get my refund. Run far from this company their customer service is horrible. They do not ship items out on time

I received a defective item from them and wanted to do a refund. They tried their best to convince me to keep their item, but I told them I didn’t want it. Now they are trying to ignore my emails to return their item and give my refund back. They are scammers DO NOT buy from this company.
Company will not return calls. My order got lost in shipment. Shipper said they would need to request a tracers. Can't get any response from them. Bad company!
