COCLUB is a company without moral fiber. Dealing with a return from them is a total nightmare and requires several days of calls to Walmart for an intervention. This company tells you it is only possible to return their products if you send them a video of the mess they sent you. It is one excuse after another why they can't send you a return label. Take my advice. Pay twice as much and buy from someone else. Wal-Mart needs to disassociate from this vendor!
This is by far the worst vendor, if you see their name please do yourself a favor and find something else. They sent me a sofa without the hardware and I couldn’t assemble it. Contacting them to replace the missing hardware was unbelievably difficult and 4 days later I still have no idea when I will receive the hardware. They make you go thru hoops to correct their mistake and the only people you can reach is overseas and they really could care less or have any idea about anything.
I have found CoClub to be most unsatisfactory in replacing the Electric 12 V Car that does not work....I have contacted this company on 3 separate occasions, beginning on Jan 7, and they have assured me I would be receiving a return label ...this never happened. I have communicated with Cherry on 2 occasions. We have followed her instructions with the exception of sending a video...I do not have that capability but we have sent pictures ....
We do not want a toy that does not work!!!! Walmart has been a company that stands behind it product but this 3rd party does not!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM COCLUB....THIS IS NOT WALMART!!!!!!
HORRIBLE POS VENDOR! I'm not sure why WALMART.com allows this vendor to sell anything on their website. Purchased a Hummer 2seater for my boys, recvd their POOR product two weeks later and it's a JOKE!!! It was not the $185. black friday sale Hummer I purchased however the manual to put it together was! They sent me a small black after market car 1 seater that would had fit a 1year old!!! Contact walmart.com and unfortunately they can't do anything for me although they were the ones who advertised this item on their website and took my money, they wanted to me contact this POS vendor for my refund!!! This POS wanted to me to keep their poor product with a 10%refund! Who TF wants this crap for almost 200! I never even took it out of it's packaged; I only open the box and knew it was a SCAM! Took NUMEROUS emails and calls to this POS & cc: walmart.com to get a return label a month later for my money! Even after they got their crap back they refused to even acknowledged their item recvd! Had to get supervisors on walmart.com to refund my money! Sadly, Walmart allows this POS to make them lose good customers! Don't be fooled by this SCAM! Even my review on the item is not listed on walmart.com. Oh well.. Walmart.com app is deleted and hello Target.com...
I purchased a remote power wheel for my daughter for Christmas on 11/29/20 on 12/2/20 I received tracking information from Walmart that my item has shipped and I will receive it by 11/11/20 I been tracking my item since then but it was never moving anywhere so I waited tile Friday that just last on 12/11/20 to see if it was coming cause it stated on Walmart that it would be delivered that day, so nothing came so I reached out to Fedex and they told me that they was waiting on the seller which is thus company to send it to them
Because they created a label on dec2 but no package so I told Walmart what was going on and they tried calling the seller a few times and couldn’t reach them, so I stated to Walmart that they are liable for my $257 and they have to refund me. Even tho they said this company was already paid by them so that’s there lost if I don’t receive my funds in five business days my credit union will be going after Walmart? This company is a scam and Walmart shouldn’t all them to take advantage of there customers like this buyers beware!
This place is terrible at shipping things on time or being honest about when they will ship things. They said my order had been shipped December 2nd, then I get a email today from FedEx that it's just now been picked up, won't be here till the 17th. I would definitely not buy anything involved with coclub again.
I will never order from Coclub! I had to call Walmart.com in order to process my refund! Yes they don’t want to except the merchandise back. They told me to keep the product and sell to someone else! Really !!!!

Do not order from Walmart, 3rd party, CoClub. If you need to return, even if package is unopened you will not be able to get a return shipping label. Remember when ordering from Walmart.com you might be ordering from CoClub. I have been trying to return a TV stand I ordered and received on 11-14-2020 and realized it would not work for my living room and tried to return it unopened immediately. The return policy is 30 days and CoClub emails are trying to persuade me to keep it, my 30 days are running out. Beware buyers! I give them -0 rating.
I purchased the 3 piece sofa, chair and loveseat set. The chair was the only item delivered on time. I had to wait 3 additional days to receive the other 2 pieces. Upon opening the box for the loveseat and attempting to assemble it, my husband noticed that the bolts that are inside the arm that the legs screw into are assembled too far up into the arm for the legs to even attach. I called the 1800# and let them know the issue and I was told I would receive an email with the replacement details. 3 days later I received an email requesting pictures of the issue. I sent those and didn't hear anything back from the seller. So days later I sent an email asking what was taking so long and I was told that they were waiting on a response from the seller. A few more days go by without any response from the seller so I sent another email letting them know that I was just going to have to start a return on walmart.com. I received a response from customer service stating that the replacement items were shipped on Nov 23rd and listed the tracking #. However here we are 5 days later and the tracking information on Fedex states that the label was created on Nov23rd but nothing has shipped yet. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this seller at all. It's not worth the hassle. Its too bad that ZERO stars isn't an option.
I recently ordered and purchased a 4 set of rattan sofa. It came as early as expected. But looking into the product , I’m so disappointed with the materials used. We opted to return the item at Walmart in our place but they doesn’t want to accept the returned item instead we were asked to contact their customer service and the latter doesn’t not answered as well.
I wanted to rate your company ZERO or NO STAR at all for the deceitful product sold on line.
Remember the money we pay for your product is a hard earned money!!!!
I created an order on 8/18/2020 & received an email on 8/20/2020 stating it shipped & was to be delivered on 8/31/2020. I needed the tent for 9/05/2020. When the day passed, I tracked my order to find that the date was pushed back to 9/4/2020. Per the CoCLUB email- due to the pandemic, they noted it could be a 5-10 working day delay. The tent was delivered on 9/9/2020. I spoke with CoCLUB & they would not let me return the unused/opened tent. They offered 10%...then 15%... then completely stopped correspondence. This order is well passed the 5-10 working days & they refuse to properly accomodate. If you order items via walmart.com & it says CoCLUB... I'd go another direction.
I purchased a swivel floor corner tv stand from them which came in a no brand box and absolutely no instructions. My husband and I have been struggling to put it together and there is no customer service phone number we can call for assistance. I'm going to reach out to Walmart to see what they can do but never again will I be purchasing from these third party vendors on Walmarts website!
Had to get Wal-Mart to Refund the Money due to the fact that the wrong product was sent, and their phone number is a BAD NUMBER.
Unfortunately I have to agree with the reviewers. They do not honor their policies. Bought a tent, and needed to return. They wouldn't accept the return and told me to go sell it myself.

SCAM COMPANY ALERT! Ordered a baker's rack via Walmart, but the seller was CoClub. No packing slip or return address...just a box. Piece missing, directions vague and rack kept tumbling to ground. Packaged rack, went to get refund at Walmart. They said I had to return to seller. This is where the nightmare begins. CoClub requested pictures or video of the product in order for them to determine whether I was eligible for a refund. This is nonsense. After three requests, and CoClub basically taunting me in its last e-mail stating, "if you don't fulfill our request, we can't send you a return label, and you can't return it to Walmart either." I wrote a letter to Walmart.com which received no reply. Once CoClub sent the 3rd message with the taunt, I called Walmart customer service and was issued a full refund. They told me to keep the rack, donate it or toss it. Walmart should thoroughly vett the companies they do business with because CoClub's communication and sophomoric responses have me believing it is someone working out of his or her basement. Know in advance that if you're unhappy with your purchase and request a refund YOU WILL NOT GET IT. This company is a SCAM! No star rating as far as I'm concerned.
Furniture arrived 3 weeks late and wasn't what the website described. The company isn't wanting to give a refund. Do not buy from this company.
They are the worst. I ordered a bed frame for my kids and when I got the package the bed frame was literally made out of cardboard. Like what kind of people sell things like this. I reached out to them for a refund and they giving be the run around. Telling me I will get 10% refund and keep the item and I told them no I want my full money then they said I give you 50% refund and said if I send it back it will cost me more money. Walmart should stop using third party sellers. This is ridiculous. If they don’t give me my full refund I will take matters further.
Bought a TV stand from them. It came with no instructions!! I left a voicemail with NO RESPONSE and contactEd Walmart who sent an email on my behalf with NO RESPONSE!! I generally don’t order from Walmart third parties and I won’t again.. Walmart should really consider to stop selling their merchandise. I’m just going to take it back and get my money back!
