I ordered a phone cover for my Samsung A13. The case fits but the protective cover shattered as I pulled off the cellophane. I emailed Circle Mall asking how to order another screen protector. They never answered my email.
Purchased a Samsung A11 phone and case for a birthday gift. Phone ended up being a refurbished and it would not work. Straight Talk support said phone is damaged and not operable. I can’t get a reply from this company. Walmart should not use them
Ordered a case and screen protector. The screen protector was cracked. The instructions said to txt them, not to return and they would send me another one. Over a month and still no.
OMGOSH! Again, read reivews people! I would give a 0 if that was an option. Why in the world would WALMART continue to allow them to be a seller on their website. My grandchildren's cellphone cases were to be here yesterday, 12/07/20 and they are "in transit". They sat in City of Industry, CA for at least 3 days. Will be sending them back and purchasing from a company that will at the very least respond to requests regarding the whereabouts of the items.
Do not use this company circle malls is a scam and refuse to give consumers customer support. Walmart is unable to assist you they only continue to allow their customers to be ripped off
I should have read reviews before ordering I two have ordered two phone cases and do not fit and can’t figure out how to return to get my money back

I ordered a phone case and they sent the wrong one.I called and they requested texting.I sent the product back as they requested over a week ago I have not received my refund yet.I should have asked they refund my money first before sending it back.
Product delivered did not fit and Circlemall will not return email contacts.
Horrible service!!!! I ordered a phone case 2 weeks ago i have not received it nor can i get anybody to answer the phone or a email. Would not recommend using this company they obviously dont care about their customers. Gave one star because it makes you do one to leave a review.
Do not buy from Circle Mall Inc. product arrived damaged and they did not give me a full refund back when I shipped the damaged item back to them. There was no Shipping charges either or restock fee.
