If I could give this company a 0, I would. I ordered the couple light up bracelet over 10 months ago and paid. Asked for a refund and they said that due to it being over 3 days after the order date, the refund wasn't available. When I ordered, it said 5-7 days. I hate spending money on things that I'm never going to get. Now I'm out $139 and have not been able to get in touch with anyone from the company. I haven't been able to get in contact with them since. I WILL NEVER BE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Bought two bracelet forv118.00 and have gotten two emails at the beginning stating backorder but would get it on the way. Well 6 months later...no emails no products. Filled out claimed with BBB but won't matter they aren't members. Thrying to flood every site the have with negative reviews as we all should to maybe make a dent in their business.

I had placed an order for GameBox through instagram on December 1st and didn’t realize I was ordering from this company. I thought I was ordering directly from the site. I still have not received my order and have emailed the company numerous times only to get a response by some person named Nicole telling me that my order has been shipped and due to the amount of orders over the holidays there will be a delay. Total bs! I’m not even sure what to do next… maybe give up and take the loss. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift so very disappointed. Please beware! Rated Zero

SCAM! Should be investigated and charged. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Do your research as well. I did not realize I was ordering from this company. I just clicked the link through instagram, which I thought was the actual product's website. It was not. Now I'm out money, do not have the product, and had to get a new card because I was continuing to be charged. Zero stars!!!!

I bought the GameBox on Dec 2nd and on Dec 4 received a text and email stating my order was shipped and on it way from Jamicia NY. on Dec 17th the tracking states that its on the way to the post office and the shipper is FAST TRACK i call the number for fast track and their number is not in service. mind you i have been texting with them weekly about my updates to find out when i am going to receive my order and i keep getting the run around. than this morning i get an email from Nicole stating that there may be a mixup on their forwarders thats causing the delay and they have now alerted their team about my package so they can push for delivery ASAP. really put the blame on someone else. i have already requested a refund and was denied becuase they cant stop the delivery. ummmmm are you serious i dont even want this anymore as it was a christmas for my son. but now i wont even get it for him to have on christmas

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANYS PRODUCTS. They work when we’re right next to each other and not when we’re apart…which is the whole point of wearing the bracelets. I attempted to get a refund but they charge a 30% restocking fee and I have to pay to ship them back. They’re also cheaply made and complete pieces of crap. I guess this is what I get for “thinking outside the box,” for a cute anniversary gift for my fiancé. Such a waste of $100. Never again

Ordered and never recieved braclets, they won't respond to email or phone calls. My package says it's in Georgia for 9 days now without movement, SCAM

Terrible. Broke within a week. Won’t let me return them since it’s been past 14 days. Of course I ordered them before 14 days so they’d be here for Father’s Day!!

Legit just avoid this company. Absolute trash inventory and customer service.

This product is TRASH. Literally - I spent $150 on a set of bracelets and threw them away. These bracelets do not work as advertised. They are extremely sensitive and set the app off constantly, which became a source of aggravation for my boyfriend and I. It drained our phone batteries. I turned off notifications because it was annoying, which totally defeats the purpose of these "thinking of you" bracelets! I requested a refund, but Nicole from Circle and Luck told me that there's a 14 day return policy. I purchased them far in advance for a Valentine's present and we didn't open them until Valentine's Day. Talk about such a disappointment. Since they won't honor my request for a refund, I am going to write an accurate and negative review for these garbage bracelets anywhere and everywhere I can. Hopefully I'll save someone the grief of spending so much money on GARBAGE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Bracelets wouldn’t work upon arrive I’ve probably send close to a dozen emails to try and figure out a refund and sent a video proving they don’t work, and no one has gotten back to me. You really have to chase these people down if you want any kind of customer service and it gets you no where anyways. If I could give zero stars a would. Total waste of over $100

Don't, I can't emphasize this enough, DON'T buy the bracelet from this company. The app doesn't even work unless you have it open, RIGHT next to your partner , the bracelets constantly fall apart, and the shipping was incredibly difficult. This is by far the worst product I've ever ordered online. C&L can go down the garbage with the way they treat their customers.

I would give zero if i could. STAY AWAY! I ordered these bracelets and within 4 hours of wearing it it broke into 3 pieces. The item is Unreturnable because it’s not new and not worn! Now I’m out $125. The concept was a great idea, but the goods are JUNK!

Extremely cheap. Rope broke when trying to put it on. Company said that I can’t return it because it states that they can only do returns or warranty replacements if the item arrives broken or faulty. Which it seems to me it was faulty considering it broke the first time trying to put it on. Connectivity issues and the app has issues itself. Lucky to even get a one star rating.

I cannot warn you enough to STAY AWAY from this company. I purchased this item from the website in November as a Christmas present for me and my husband. We weren’t impressed with the product (connectivity issues) and it was generally underwhelming especially for the price. I had contacted them December 26th about returning the item (which you can only do after they send return instructions). I received my refund 3 months later. They were contacted a dozen times about my intent to return the item to which they only vaguely replied twice (no instructions). I informed them I would be contacting my credit card company for a refund to which they finally replied with instructions. I shipped the item and they received it but gave me no update about issuing a refund two weeks after receiving it. The claim was filed with my credit card and they finally issued it and sent me a rare email stating they were upset I opened a claim 3 MONTHS LATER. No reputable company would take that long to respond and I’m sure it was an attempt on their part to keep my money in hopes i forgot or gave up. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reconsider purchasing from this company.

I was afraid I'd see reviews like this. They all are in line with my experience. Facebook is great about factcheckers censoring any and everything... how about spending some time weeding out scam artist. I ordered on 12/10/21 for a Christmas gift. I knew it was pushing it but didn't get any warning of delivery issues. It's now been over a month, the only response I can get from the company is a text thanking me for my patience and a link to a tracking site that looks extremely suspicious. Missed Christmas... then Birthday... shooting for Valentines day now but not holding my breath. 0 Stars!

I ordered on December 16th. It’s January 8th now. It’s now been 23 days and I’ve got no package. This company has to figure out a way to respond to customers. I don’t know if I’ll ever get the bracelets. I ordered a pair for me and my wife who currently lives in Ohio while I’m in Texas and I thought these bracelets would be perfect for our relationship right now. I was hoping to receive them by Christmas but I should’ve known better, I would not recommend buying anything from this company , they take forever to deliver. I’m starting to wonder if I’ll ever get the bracelets.

Its already been a month and nothing has arrived. If I knew you'd be international, I'd never bought this. You made me miss Christmas. Hate this company honestly. I refuse international companies for this reason.

Do not order from this website.. They only sent me 1 bracelet and batteries were missing and no one will contact me back.. This has been going on for weeks . Please don't waste your money!!! Worse experience ever!!
