DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANYS PRODUCTS. They work when we’re right next to each other and not when we’re apart…which is the whole point of wearing the bracelets. I attempted to get a refund but they charge a 30% restocking fee and I have to pay to ship them back. They’re also cheaply made and complete pieces of crap. I guess this is what I get for “thinking outside the box,” for a cute anniversary gift for my fiancé. Such a waste of $100. Never again

This product is TRASH. Literally - I spent $150 on a set of bracelets and threw them away. These bracelets do not work as advertised. They are extremely sensitive and set the app off constantly, which became a source of aggravation for my boyfriend and I. It drained our phone batteries. I turned off notifications because it was annoying, which totally defeats the purpose of these "thinking of you" bracelets! I requested a refund, but Nicole from Circle and Luck told me that there's a 14 day return policy. I purchased them far in advance for a Valentine's present and we didn't open them until Valentine's Day. Talk about such a disappointment. Since they won't honor my request for a refund, I am going to write an accurate and negative review for these garbage bracelets anywhere and everywhere I can. Hopefully I'll save someone the grief of spending so much money on GARBAGE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Bracelets wouldn’t work upon arrive I’ve probably send close to a dozen emails to try and figure out a refund and sent a video proving they don’t work, and no one has gotten back to me. You really have to chase these people down if you want any kind of customer service and it gets you no where anyways. If I could give zero stars a would. Total waste of over $100

Don't, I can't emphasize this enough, DON'T buy the bracelet from this company. The app doesn't even work unless you have it open, RIGHT next to your partner , the bracelets constantly fall apart, and the shipping was incredibly difficult. This is by far the worst product I've ever ordered online. C&L can go down the garbage with the way they treat their customers.

I would give zero if i could. STAY AWAY! I ordered these bracelets and within 4 hours of wearing it it broke into 3 pieces. The item is Unreturnable because it’s not new and not worn! Now I’m out $125. The concept was a great idea, but the goods are JUNK!

Extremely cheap. Rope broke when trying to put it on. Company said that I can’t return it because it states that they can only do returns or warranty replacements if the item arrives broken or faulty. Which it seems to me it was faulty considering it broke the first time trying to put it on. Connectivity issues and the app has issues itself. Lucky to even get a one star rating.

I cannot warn you enough to STAY AWAY from this company. I purchased this item from the website in November as a Christmas present for me and my husband. We weren’t impressed with the product (connectivity issues) and it was generally underwhelming especially for the price. I had contacted them December 26th about returning the item (which you can only do after they send return instructions). I received my refund 3 months later. They were contacted a dozen times about my intent to return the item to which they only vaguely replied twice (no instructions). I informed them I would be contacting my credit card company for a refund to which they finally replied with instructions. I shipped the item and they received it but gave me no update about issuing a refund two weeks after receiving it. The claim was filed with my credit card and they finally issued it and sent me a rare email stating they were upset I opened a claim 3 MONTHS LATER. No reputable company would take that long to respond and I’m sure it was an attempt on their part to keep my money in hopes i forgot or gave up. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reconsider purchasing from this company.

I was afraid I'd see reviews like this. They all are in line with my experience. Facebook is great about factcheckers censoring any and everything... how about spending some time weeding out scam artist. I ordered on 12/10/21 for a Christmas gift. I knew it was pushing it but didn't get any warning of delivery issues. It's now been over a month, the only response I can get from the company is a text thanking me for my patience and a link to a tracking site that looks extremely suspicious. Missed Christmas... then Birthday... shooting for Valentines day now but not holding my breath. 0 Stars!

I ordered on December 16th. It’s January 8th now. It’s now been 23 days and I’ve got no package. This company has to figure out a way to respond to customers. I don’t know if I’ll ever get the bracelets. I ordered a pair for me and my wife who currently lives in Ohio while I’m in Texas and I thought these bracelets would be perfect for our relationship right now. I was hoping to receive them by Christmas but I should’ve known better, I would not recommend buying anything from this company , they take forever to deliver. I’m starting to wonder if I’ll ever get the bracelets.

I'd give zero stars if I could. My shipping is all messed up, and no one is getting back to me. I've emailed, called, everything, and no response. I think I was scammed. It just shows my stuff sitting in China since 12/10/21. It was part of a big Christmas present but my wife's already went back over seas and I never got the bracelets to make the long distance thing easier. This is horrible and a scam and they will not communicate back to you. I'm disputing it all with my bank.

Zero stars is an understatement for how bad this company is. I’ve left 3 emails all with no response, not even a confirmation. My package was ordered Dec. 4 2021 and it is still lost in transit 23 days later. I have received no information on where my package is, USPS has not even received it so I cannot file a claim. They have a text help-line that I contacted which I was spoken to with 3 days after my first attempt. They asked for my tracking number to look into my concern…a week later and I still haven’t received anything! At this point I just want my money back, but I don’t even know how to go across that without receiving any information from this company. Absolutely disgusting to see from a company

They do not give you any information when ordering on tracking but advertise it for Christmas presents. Once you order, you get an email stating to allow 20 days for delivery due to high demand. That should be shared before purchase so people can choose if that is acceptable. Stating that after they have your money is not acceptable. I’ve emailed them 3 times with no answer from them at all except for an automatic confirmation message. It is unacceptable to ignore your customers this way. I requested to cancel and receive a refund immediately due to shipping times and it’s been a week with no response. I would advise to not order from a company with such unprofessional practices.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve emailed this company twice now with no response. I ordered an item 2 weeks ago which said it would ship in 72 hours. They JUST created the shipping label 3 days ago and it still has yet to leave their facility. I ordered it on the 7th of December thinking I had plenty of time to get it as a gift for a family member for Christmas. Now it will not be here and I’ve gotten no response from this company. Horrible service.
