Terrible sales experience when I reached out and asked about some guitars. Never got back to me when I started asking about them. No info or knowledge about their own product. Had to babysit the sales rep on questions. Clearly they don’t care if they make sales or not. Guy then tried to offer the same promotion already on the website for a free backpack to make up for me calling him out on it. Overpriced electric just because they fold. Neat concept for sure but how they are making sales I don’t know. Especially for the high price you’d think they’d be motivated to answer all questions and follow up. Product seems cool but will not be purchasing.
