This company is the biggest rip off to consumers I have ever encountered in my 50 years. They 100% ruined my daughter's Christmas. They were completely at fault for not delivering my item I bought on time. That's after advertising to guarantee it would be there before Christmas. All there contact information is invalid. They don't return any emails. They could care less about pleasing the customer. Worst company in the United states. If I could give minus stars I would. I'm going to start a class action lawsuit against them. Keep your eyes out on the Internet about the lawsuit so you can join if they wronged you also.
For everyone saying there was never a response from the company you have to check your junk emails also. I received a replacement but the return they provided was unusable and now I am fighting to get a refund for the replacement they changed me for !!
Cho tent was lightweight alright. The stakes were a joke. Tent was unusable . Returned with shipping label from Walmart last summer. Still no refund

I ordered a hover board for my brothers birthday & I received it in a good amount of time but it stopped working a week later. I emailed them for a replacement but they never emailed back instead gave a refund when I specifically asked for a replacement. Have yet to hear from them. I demanded a new one.
I purchased a hoverboard from this company gave to my granddaughter christmas morning and on the next day after charging for about 24 hours it didn't work. I email cho international on 12-26-2020,I didnt get a response until 12-30-2020 advising me to put charger in outlet. I replied the next response came 1-04-2021
advising me I can return it , nothing about a refund or a return label
