I haven't gotten a response on how to return an item. It was not to my liking. I have sent multiple messages and nothing. I purchased it through the walmart sight and not even the Walmart customer service can get an answer on the number listed. Worst jewelry store I have ever purchased from. Do not purchase from this store you will be disappointed.
I ordered a ring for my husband birthday and it was to big and sent it back and i have not got a refund yet and I had to pay to send it back where is my refund
I purchased a Tungsten ring and it was smaller than the advertised size and I cannot wear it. So I tried to get them to send me a size higher and I also asked for a refund and they will not contact me back. I advise that NOBODY buy from them! It's a scam!
I PURCHASED THIS TUNGSTEN RING RECEIVED IT WITHIN TEN DAYS. I RETURNED IT THE SAME DAY BECAUSE IT WAS NOT LIKE THE PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE. I RETURNED USING MY OWN MONEY. THIS THIRD-PARTY COMPANY WANTS TO TELL ME I CAN NOT GET MY REFUND BACK. WHY IT WAS NOT TO MY LIKING AND I DID NOT HAVE IT OVERNIGHT CHECK THE PAPERWORK IT SENT BACK ON THE DAY I RECEIVED IT. I SENT AN EMAIL TO THEM ASKING WHY SO LONG FOR THE REFUND NO REPLY. THIS WAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CHARMING JEWELERS.
