Never came

I brought a pair of kids shoes for my daughter but got the wrong size. I'm that same day i sent a email to magic sneaker city and Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart sent me a reply saying they have sent am email also to magic sneaker and someone will contact me in 24 hours. No one never did so i sent another one out and still nothing. I tried one more time and when magic sneaker finally emailed me back they told me it was passed their 30 days return policy. I told them i have proof i been contacting them and never got a response until now they said it's nothing they can do. I told them i will never again but from them. Trouble customer service.

I ordered a pair of boots for a Christmas gift. I received the boots with scratches, a sniped tongue, tiny indents and scuffs. I spoke with a representative who said he could explain over the phone the process for getting the scratches and scuffs out ( ridiculous). The rep acted like he couldn’t see the sniped tongue from the clear image sent to him . The rep went on to say that the shoes got damaged from when they were packaged and said the damaged was typical. This company said I could return the boots for a 20 percent restocking fee. I would have to be responsible for shipping also . This is ridiculous, the company sent me damaged merchandise and now they want me to pay money to send them back. Do not buy from these people . This company has horrible service and damaged merchandise . Don’t waste your money on damaged merchandise . I’m glad I took pictures right away . Be sure to check out the returns policy before buying. It’s a joke

Order a pair of boots, the product was good and the shipping was good but the Customer Service is a bit rough. I returned my boots as the size was big, I initiated a refund and received a confirmation email saying it had been refunded, but it still hasn't been deposited into my account.
