We ordered a cell phone on walmart.com There was no indication that this would be a USED phone as in the description it said 'NEW condition'. I would expect a hint like 'refurbished' in the item description or something similar to indicate that this would be a used item. The screen was lightly scratched and the accessories were not all complete as expected and mismatching. What a disappointment! When returning it to the store on the same day we received it, it turned out it was not even sold by Walmart, but by Cellfeee - a 3rd party seller. So now the phone gets shipped back to them as Walmart does not take any responsibility over the item sold by them, and we have to wait a few weeks for the refund. Very disappointing to misguide the customer in such an awful way. The money spent on a useless warranty is definitely lost.

This company is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. I bought a 42mm Apple Watch for my boyfriend on Cyber Monday on Walmart’s website that was sold by Cellfeee. When the watch was delivered we turned on the watch and tried pairing it to his phone. Long story short we could not get this watch to pair to not only his phone but even mine. We tried resetting the watch, turning his phone on and off, resetting the networks on his phone, etc. Nothing would work. We finally decided to take it to an Apple store to see if they could figure it out. Apple assumed the watches software wasn’t up to date, but in order to update the software it needed to pair to a phone. They gave me the option to send the watch out to their support center for a technician to look at it but couldn’t guarantee they would be able to fix it. They recommend I just send the watch back and get a replacement. After I left Apple I went to Walmart to return the watch. Due to me buying the watch from a third party Walmart wasn’t able to issue me a refund on the spot. They had to send the product back and once Cellfeee received the product a refund would be processed. Once Walmart packed up the watch I tried contacting Cellfeee, no answer. I waited the next day and tried again, no answer so I left a voicemail. A few hours went by and I tried one last time and finally got a hold of someone. I explained the issue to her and stated the product they sent me was a dud. She said unfortunately they don’t know what type of software their Apple products have until it is opened because it comes straight from Apple unopened. Understandable, but I explained I wanted another product sent to me that was comparable to the one I purchased or better. She explained they were unable to do that. I asked if a credit of some sort could be issued to me, again she stated they were unable to do so. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor and she said she was one. I then asked if I could speak to a manager of some sort and she explained they were not in due to the holidays? I asked when the manager would be in and she said he is usually in and out of the office so she isn’t sure. I asked for his name and number and she said the number I called is the number you could reach him by. Yesterday I called again and got a hold of some guy. I asked if I could be transferred to the owner and he said he wasn’t in. I then asked if I could speak to another supervisor and of course they transfer me to the same girl I spoke with earlier. I have never in my life spoke to someone that was as rude as this girl was. She basically told me to get the hell over it because I’m not getting a credit or another product sent to me. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are honestly a joke and do not care about their customers at all. Being in a management position, if I ever spoke to a customer the way this girl spoke to me I would be jobless.

I bought the wrong size apple watch from this company, returned it and waited over a month for a refund (which I still haven't received) I have emailed this company numerous times and now they aren't returning my emails at all. In the meantime I bought another watch from them. I do NOT recommend buying from them or if you do hopefully you don't have to return the item.

Ordered a macbook charger, according to the description it was the model number that I needed. When the package arrived it was a different model than the one specified in the description, now I bought something useless, thanks for nothing!
