Cell Surfers

Got scammed. Got sent a piece of junk that was not the 1000$ phone I ordered. When item was returned the seller refused to issue a refund for sending me a false item.

Cell Surfers sold me a refurbished phone that was misrepresented in two material ways:

(1) wrong storage capacity (128 instead of 256)

(2) WASN'T UNLOCKED!!!

Don't expect them to be responsive. How could it take nearly three weeks to get nowhere with them?

Bought from Walmart still waiting for my refund, maybe not Cell Surfers problem but they have to OK it before I can get my refund. Said it would work with most carriers and well nope not verison or us cell so far out $556

I ordered 2 phones from them thought they were a reputable business since they sell through Walmart but they aren't. I only got 1 of the 2 phones and they won't refund me or replace the phone they never sent. I am out well over $200 because of this. They are scammers

Contacted them about a malfunctioning Samsung Galaxy S20. Never got a response. I will never ever purchase anything from Cell Surfers again. I would advise others to not purchase as well.

Never, Ever and Never buy anything from this seller. It's important, that's why I said it 3 times.

They listed NEW Ipad Air on Wal-Mart for $534, when I finally got it and opened the package it was a refurbished one in a random box, charger in a small pouch outside the packaging. I didn't even bother to open the random packing, went straight to Wal-Mart and returned it. Hoping I get my money back from this lying company. no star is possible.

If you see this company's name run as fast as you can because they will rip you off they ripped me off of $300. I'm serious do not buy anything from this company. They should rename it scammers

I ordered the galaxy s20 all i received was an empty box i contcted them with only vague responses. Luckily walmart refunded my money because they had no intentions on making it right

Terrible customer service!! An item was missing in my order. I was informed by customer service I should have taken a picture when opening the package as proof!!??

I then received an email saying "sorry I can't help you"

I have sent a copy of the invoice on the package that clearly say 1 cell phone. Yet I have been charged for 2.

Avoid ordering anything associated with this company!!

Sadly it won't allow a -5 star rating!!

I would not even allow one star if that was an option . Very poor customer service. They take twice as long to mail out your phone. They never answer their customer service number on link. I sent back for a refund and they totally ignored me. I would not recommend to anyone until they take their business a bit more seriously and behave more professional.

Horrible Customer Service! I bought a refurbished phone from Cell Surfers (also d/b/a Mobile Stream & Mobile Que). The phone keeps dropping calls & going in and out so the other person can't hear you & you can't hear them.

But this stuff happens sometimes. Most merchants are responsive & try to make it right, but NOT CELL SURFERS! They ignored my emails & messages for weeks. When I managed to reach them, they pretended they didn't get my 4 or 5 other messages. They said there's a label for me to print to return - they lied. Twice. There was no label.

Do NOT buy from them unless you enjoy being ripped off. Like I said, sometimes there are problems w phones. But they have the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. There are so many other sellers & merchants out there - find one w GREAT reviews. Cell Surfers are horrible & you should avoid them like the plague.

I have been trying to get my two boost I phone 8's replaced since april 21, My phone will not hold a charge so I can't call anyone for more then a minute at a time.

My husbands phone won't verafy , so it only receive and makes calls and thats it. we have only had then since March 17th. we just want them to be replaced.

I purchased a Galaxy Note 5 from Cell Surfers (advertised as a Verizon Unlocked Refurbished Certified) etc... When I received it - it is an AT&T NOT UNLOCKED phone. Before discovering this cute little deception, I bought the Verizon bring your own device and service card ($60) non-refundable.... which are useless and a total loss once you discover that the Verizon Unlocked phone isn't actually either of those descriptions.
