This has the worst customer service. Received damaged parts for greeen house was advertised heavy duty. Misalignments in the base bar and missing panels. They refuse to send return label have been messaging them for weeks. Do not use them !

I cannot believe how bad this company is and that Walmart allows them to do "business" on their website.....I purchased a bunk bed and life circumstances changed so it's no longer needed.....bed has never been taken out of the package and it's been less than 30 days since I ordered it so well within the 90 day return period they state on the website. So far I have received 2 emails from the company telling me they don't recommend returning it because the "return process is difficult and expensive" and they can't resell it. SO now I am fighting to get my almost $600 back and send this bunk bed back. This is horrible.....I will never purchase from walmart online for ANYTHING again. Can i give ZERO stars?!

Can't even rate the horrible customer service on returns. No live person to talk to. Voice-mail has a heavy accent message that I cannot even understand a word. Will never buy again from this company. Not sure why walmart letting them sell.

I purchased a suede swivel chair. It was just the seat, it was filthy used with stains small rips no back or pillows. It is disgusting and they should be ashamed to sell this garbage as new. I want my money back and this chair needs to go in the garbage.

If it were possible to give less than one star that's what this trampoline would deserve. I have been a homeowner for the past 17 years and have purchased three trampolines this one being the most recent. Each of the other two trampolines lasted no less than seven years before they started to show wear and tear, which actually was not very significant. This latest trampoline, which I am submitting this review for by far is the WORST quality of the three. I have only had this trampoline for just about two years this coming June and as you can see from the photos it looks at least 10 years old. As I stated before neither of my other trampolines ever looked as bad as this one does. Though I can say when I reached out to Carbo in regards to the safety net which started to tear over a year ago they immediately sent me a replacement, however I wanted to return it for a refund because as previously stated the quality was poor and the sad part about it is that it cost significantly more than both of my previous trampolines. Please don't waste your money. Just to confirm this is for the Jins&Vico 14ft Trampoline.

They are a rip-off they take your money and then tell you they don't have it and then takes 3 days to get your money back and they shouldn't of even took the money if they don't have the product when it showed it was in stock and Wal-Mart let's them do it

Worst customer service!! Would give zero stars if it was possible. It seems there are many other dissatisfied customers. This company is either fraudulent or the worst at customer service. Walmart needs to take heed and drop then as a supplier. Like others, I wished I saw the bad reviews, which some companies manage to hide from view. Be forewarned!

Ordered a trampoline for my daughters birthday. It arrived on time but the trampoline was very small. In no way would it accommodate 3-4 children on it at a time. Walmart instructed me that it had to be returned through the company I purchased it with on the marketplace. I emailed the company and they issued a return label in a few days. I shipped the package back, the package has not been delivered and when I called FedEx to ask for a status update they informed me that the package is being returned back to me. It was not accepted due to the size of the package. Carbro generated the return label and sent it to me for the return. You can only contact the company by email.

Looking at al these reviews i wish have read them sooner. I ordered a trampoline for my kids and it was supposed to arrive 6/7. Still nothing. I keep getting “oh its delayed” im trying to get a refund now. Im over it

What a mess of a company and mess of customer support.. Ordered a trampoline and CARBRO "forgot" to ship it, even though prepaid the shipment through FedEx. On the day of promised delivery, it was yet to be received by FedEx. I called Walmart and they got me in touch via email with CARBRO. I said that I don't need it if it's not yet shipped, guess what, they shipped it in 2 days. Blamed FedEx for not "updating" the info and stuff... Would try to give me a run-around by offering a small refund, then telling me to go through the Walmart cancelation and return process... They answer only to emails (even Walmart customer support can't call them), answer only at night, guessing they are on another side of the globe. Either way, called Walmart and they processed the refund IMMEDIATELY, no questions asked, after I explained what happened. If CARBRO want's to recover the goods, they have to pay for shipment and arrange the pickup, as I'm not spending a minute online to go though the process or help them.

I ordered a power lift recliner for my husband. He needs this chair,because of shoulder surgeries and will have to sleep and live in this chair for a year . I can't believe that I was alerted on my phone that it had been delivered. I got a water bottle with the same tracking number as my chair. No chair was ever ordered from this company according to Wal-Mart when I contacted them immediately. Wal-Mart will be sending me a full refund. They better,since I am out $668 dollars. What kind of company treats costumers like that? I should have realized that the USPS would not be delivering a huge package.What a Scam!Wal-Mart has promised to take further action with this company. I heard back from Carbro and they said that my water bottle was a gift and that my chair would be arriving at a later date. How could it when there isn't any tracking info or order placed according to Wal-Mart. They had no intentions of even sending my chair in the first place. I guess my water bottle must be worth$668!
