Yes I bought a winter coat online through Walmart it was shipped out through California art international and for some reason when I made a return to get my refund. The package was shipped out, but it's stuck in Arizona supposed to be there. I did this return on January 12, 2024 and nothing no response and no refund practically I lost all my refund money and I seen they have bad reviews feedback

I ordered boots on march16, 2021, it is now July 14th and still haven’t received them. Spoke to Dorothy who told me they would resend them in June, but still no boots. Then told I would receive a refund and it has not been refunded. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, they don’t care that there is a pandemic happening right now. Can’t return an item to Walmart because Walmart IS NOT accepting returns. Tried explaining this MULTIPLE times but whoever I talk to just keeps ignoring that. dumb people equals bad business. It’s that simple. Don’t order from them. They don’t care about human beings during a pandemic.

I ordered wrong size swimsuit. The company responded to all my emails regarding the return (took to a store). Recieved a prompt refund and was disappointed to find my correct size was out of stock. I emailed the company again and they told me to watch as it would be adjusted. I did that, and was able to reorder in a few days. I felt the customer service was excellent and was very pleased with the product and over all service I received. Also order arrived 6 days ahead of schedule.

I ordered boots on December 4, 2019. As of today, December 19, 2019, I still have not received them. After numerous calls to Wal-Mart, I finally spoke to someone today that offered me options. In this situation though, I fault USPS. They made numerous promises to deliver the boots, but never did. I also never received anything from USPS indicating delivery was attempted. I looked up the merchant, California Art International Corp. Their rating was 1 out of 5. BEWARE!!!

Took my money and did not deliver the product. On the phone with Walmart yesterday for 30 minutes on hold and still not resolved. Now disputing with my credit card company. Probably ripped off my credit card info for their own personal gain. NOT impressed!

I ordered winter boots December 4th and never received them. I called the seller and was told that she would look into it with USPS and call me back the following morning. She never did, so I called her that evening. She then stated that she would refund my money, and told me to look for an email confirmation of the refund within 24 hours. I never received the email or the refund. Each time that I called, the woman asked who had helped me, pretending that she didn't know anything about the situation, when clearly each call was with the same person. Finally, I had to contact Walmart.com and speak to level 2 support to get the money refunded. Definitely a scam company- be very careful! Do not give out any credit card info, etc. to this person.

Returned an item to them for refund in October, two weeks after purchasing it. The item was sent by UPS, tracked and signed for. After contacting the company with proof it was received, I am still waiting for my refund. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend doing businesd with this company or with Walmart Market Place.
