We bought a GoPro through Walmart and this seller. The wrong camera was ordered, so we immediately returned it, unopened. 2 weeks later, after we got the refund says we did not return the battery. It was an unopened box! Do not buy from this seller!
Do not buy from this seller! 30 minutes after ordering the item, I notified the seller that I needed to cancel the order. Of course they said it was shipped and told me to just return it.
When I went to return it, I notified the seller. He said it was past the timeline to return it. However, I remined him I emailed them in 30 minutes of ordering the product, therefore, they knew I was returning it. They never said make sure you return it by X. After speaking with the seller, the would still not accommodate a refund. I then reminded the seller that they NEVER provided any return shipping information. The seller replied they still can't refund or accept the return.
I told the seller I would contact Wal-mart.com. They told me, "Good luck with your claim".
I contacted Walmart.com Brian at Walmart.com was wonderful to deal with. He checked all my email communication with the seller. As a result, Brian at Wal-mart.com said they do not want their customers treated in this manner. Walmart-com offered me a full refund (at presumably their expense) and told me to keep the item and dispose of it or do whatever I wanted.
Find another seller - don't purchase anything from this seller as they won't even provide you the return shipping information and then deny you a refund.
