Awful. I purchased an 'excellent renewed' iPhone 11 Pro from Amazon - I had no idea that THIS reseller "BuySPRY" dba "YRS, Llc" was fulfilling the order. Yesterday, I was handed a Fedex poly mailer direct from the delivery driver, no protective box, nothing. Opened it to find an OPEN aftermarket 'smart phone' carton box (picture the strength of a butter box) with a 'security' sticker that was clearly pre-opened (dust and hair on it and, well, the box was open....) I take the unprotected phone out of the carton. It won't turn on. Finally I get the start screen on, and the battery is at 1%. No charging will get this phone going. The phone is HOT HOT HOT to the touch when I do have it plugged in to the charger, and it won't advance past the set up screen "where are you located." I can't even begin the set up process, because it's a broken phone stuck at 1%.

Well, because I bought this from Amazon (or so I thought,) I figure - I might as well just return it and go to the actual Apple store and get an actual, working quality phone.

Nope. "Sean Popling" of the BuySpry "Customer Service" team is emailing me saying that I need to send photos of the phone to 'prove you are returning one of ours'- no can do, Sean.... I purchased this phone because... get this... I need to replace my old iPhone 8 which bit the dust recently.... Shocking, right?! But furthermore - he says I am "required" to send them data "found on the settings page of the phone" as additional proof before they will even issue me a return label!!! I CAN'T TURN ON THE BROKEN CRAP YOU SENT ME!!! How am I supposed to get to the setting screen?!

So, BuySpry is refusing to accept returns or issue refunds when they knowingly send out broken tech to Amazon customers which is against the TOS and Seller Contract. Absolutely deplorable.

I have been dealing with this for way longer than any customer should - JUST SEND THE RETURN LABEL AND REFUND MY $453.55

I purchased from Amazon and broke shortly after the 3 month warranty. They continued to argue their product is out of warranty. I had to get Amazon involved for the refund. Will not ever purchase from them again.

I bought a mac laptop from amazon but refurbished by BUY SPRY. It ran fine for 90 days and quit on day 91. Took it to a repair shop and they said it was beyond repair. Thank God for Amazon. They refunded my money on my first call.

Bought a MacBook Pro from them recently there was so much wrong with it it was unbelievable and it came with the wrong charger and an aftermarket back plate which I took the back plate off to do my due diligence as far as getting a refurbished computer and found out there was nothing refurbished about it it was covered with dust underneath the plate. I returned the computer and I corresponded with them all through the process of what I was going through told him I drop the back plate to inspect the inside and that I replaced everything back in its original condition of how I received it. They gave me half my money back and said they tampered with the computer. Based on all the problems that had when I opened up the box doing my due diligence is not tampering. Tampering is actually changing the computer in some shape or form I did nothing of the sort. Horrible company they’re selling junk complete unrefurbished junk even though they’re claiming refurbished.

I purchased a defective iphone 7 plus for $258 that was received with a broken camera. This company BUY SPRY accepted the return and I shipped the package first class mail to them. They NEVER contacted me to tell me I WOULD NOT BE GETTING ANY REFUND WHATSOEVER because they say the package sent by USPS was received EMPTY with a SLIT CUT in the back of it. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD with any company I have bought any kind of electronic devices from. I am so disappointed and they will not refund my money which I now get to pay interest on for a phone I DO NOT HAVE AND THEY WILL NOT REPLACE. STEER CLEAR.

This place sucks. I ordered an IPhone 7, and it worked until my battery got to 10%. It wouldn’t charge after that. It’s awful.

I order a Iphone X back in feb and still have not received the Iphone!!!!!! I ordered it through Wal-Mart.com !!!!! Got me for 400.00 !!!!!!BEWARE!!!!

Bought an iPhone 7 not even a month ago From buyspry that uses amazon as a way to sell their products. Terrible decision went to put an update on my phone and it completely froze up now l can’t even wipe it to send it back. Stay clear of this company

I purchased a 400 dollar phone and it keeps shutting off there is not a phone number or email to contact them about this issue!!

Bought an iphone 7 refurbished which worked fine for 4 weeks then stopped entirely. This seems to be a trend with the phones they are selling. BEWARE.
