The item is too small never used and they won’t give me information how to return or get a credit. Would never order anything again. No customer service.

This company is a SHAM. I have returned a product, BRAND NEW to the company WEEKS AGO and STILL have not received my refund. Its not bad enough I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE but to not get the refund due me is beyond unprofessional. WALMART doesn't care about customer service clearly as they use vendors such as this company. $75 lost in this transaction. RIDICULOUS!!!!

If there was a less than One star option, I would choose it. I Purchased two shelving units from this company but ended up having to return them. The email correspondence was horrible. They miss spelled words and abbreviated please (pls). Grammatical errors were all over the place too. Not how A company should respond to customers. I returned the shelves, they received the packages on May 9, and I have yet to get my refund almost 10 days later.

Totally got scammed! and thank god for Walmart being straight up and refund my money after these people wouldn't contact me or Walmart when they stepped in to help me.

Horrible customer service. This place is a scam that will keep your money and send you defective items. Do yourself a favor, if you are buy from Walmart.com check the 3rd party sender and NEVER buy from this source

They don't even deserve 1 star! I purchased a treadmill and it arrived 2 weeks late and broken. They will not allow me to return the item and keep sending me replacement parts for a treadmill I ordered and expect me to fix it. I have a fulltime job and am a single mom raising 3 children.....what makes them think I am capable or have the time to do this??? I will never buy anything from walmart.com again and would encourage others to steer clear of these horrible 3rd party suppliers because they are predators. I now have spent over $500 and countless hours on a treadmill that won't even turn on. Shame on Walmart for allowing this disgusting company to sell items from their website. If this is not resolved soon I will no longer be shopping at Walmart PERIOD!

Just got a hair removal....NEW ONE (!) When i opened a box i realized that there are SOMEONE DEPILATED HAIRS INCLUDED!!! It is disgusting!!!

Ordered from Walmart (thru Buymoremarket) told me it was delivered and they billed my account. I have not rec'd the product and get NO WHERE with coorespondence with neither them nor Walmart. TERRIBLE service!!! Won't buy anything from Walmart again.

False advertising and will sell you crap items. And then won't allow you to send anything back. You have to play detective just to find any information about the company but no way to return anything.
