I bought a Logitec headset from Walmart via these people. It came in a ziplock bag and had no warranty or information. I know Logitec comes in a box with information. The one I got is not the one in the ad. I got a much cheaper headset than the one they say it is. NEVER will buy from 3rd party with Walmart.

Very upset. To get the one they say it is I have to purchase it from Amazon.

These guys sell used products marketed as new. What a shady business and Walmart is 100% complicit as well. No OEM, owner's manual, warranty, appropriate secured packaging from the OEM, and it is highly likely they have their own software, spyware and can access your camera at any moment. Please do not trust companies like this or their business practices.

They buy used webcams like these for $5-10 and try and get peopel to buy them from "Walmart" for $50-100 as OEM products.

I can't believe how they ship and present their products. I bought a USB computer camera as a gift and it arrives in a clear plastic bag!!! No box???? NOT GOOD.

I am never ordering another electronic product from this company. I will use Amazon. At least there I can return items easier. Here it is a three ring circus. Bought through Walmart's site.....but OH NO, you can't return the item to the store. Now you begin a journey into Alice's Rabbit Hole . If I could give a negative rating I would. In today's marketplace this is an embarrassment. Lesson learned the hard way, stick with a company that truly thrives on customer service, this isn't it. It shouldn't be this difficult to return a single item.

HORRIBLE.....0 stars!!! Got a gift of Bluetooth speaker for my granddaughter that doesn't even work... Came with no instructions or anything... Looks like it was already used.. only came in a plastic bag... won't turn on charge or anything..Can't get in touch with anyone in the company for a refund!!!!!

They deceptively market their products as new when they are in fact used. Nowhere on the listing or confirmation email did they indicate that the product was used or refurbished and yet it showed up in a loose bag, clearly used. And then to top it off, when I contacted them to point this out, they didn't respond. Absolutely despicable company that should be banned from being a 3rd party seller.

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Shockingly poor after sales service. Faulty product that they refused to put right with replacement or refund.

False advertising regarding shipping. Very unhappy with experience.
