I ordered something from them through Walmart Marketplace and the post office once again lost the package. When I called Walmart to get in contact with this company, they never picked up the phone or answered the email. I was given a refund when in fact all I wanted was for them to reach out to USPS to figure out where my package was (the sender has more influence to get things done than the receiver)! I filed a complaint with USPS and my package magically showed up at my door several weeks AFTER they claimed they delivered it. Next time Bubbasbox, respond to the Walmart email!
