I placed an order on 12/06/2022. Funds were taken on 12/08/2022 (which usually means the item has been shipped. I have the USPS Informed Delivery app which allows me to track the package. Only a label has been created "awaiting the item to be received" to place the label. Today is 01/03/2023. This is my third time contacting the company. The item has still not even been received to put the label on for shipment. I'm sure the item doesn't even exist. Wish I had found a few more reviews before ordering. I'm usually smarter than that. But few companies "had it in stock." Lesson learned. Never buy from this so called company. Only gave one star so my review would be seen.

I would give these this horrible company a -0 if possible. Almost a month ago I placed an order with Walmart.com where I was sent the wrong camera, BSD Superbuy Inc substituted a used camera of a different model. The wrong order was promptly returned to a local Walmart store for a full refund the next day after delivery. The Walmart store sent the order back to Brookly, NY via FedEx. Now I am getting the runaround every I talk to Walmart customer service, the bottom line is my refund is nowhere to be found--$306.63. BSD Superbuy Inc has never once answered an email submitted to them via the WalMart.com format to contact them, it is obvious this one crooked company who could care less about customer service. The dishonesty of BSD Superbuy Inc is overwheming, the fact that Walmart contracts with such a hideous entity is deplorable. Based on this absolutely horrible experience I will never shop in a Walmart store or at Walmart.com again.

Waiting my order several days ago,,very upset,,

I ordered something thru Walmart.com on December 11, 2019 and this company was their 3rd party. I had place an order and they never sent. This was suppose to be part of a Christmas present. I’m very disappointed. Buyer beware these people are a joke.

I ordered a six pack of towels. Colors listed were red, light green, dark green, light blue, dark blue, beige. It said they would be randomly selected. I received black, purple, and cream.

Feel free to place an order with this company if you want to be extremely disappointed, frustrated to no end, and don't expect a reply of any kind. If I could give a negative rating I would. I ordered a Canon ELPH 190 camera bundle; I received the wrong color, wrong model, wrong bundle package. They refused to send the correct package and refused to respond to emails. I definitely would not recommend them even to my worst enemy.

I purchased some towels through Walmart. They are poor quality. They won't even dry you off without leaving lint on your body. They have been washed 3 times did not help.

Very upset! Never received my order # 5711894-868253. Tracking does not work. CAN'T get response from BSD SUPERBUY INC. WILL NEVER order again from you!

I ordered Ruthys textile jaquard shower curtain 72’ red and recieved two sheer redcurtain panels. Not even close to what I ordered.

Ordered the 7 pack of striped towels and received 5 of the same towel and 2 different ones. Am waiting to hear how to return this item.

I ordered 6-pack fleece lined leggins in size xxl and recieve size xl/xxl which are not the same size. Waiting to hear back about a refund, ao far i have called and emailed. Other than that from what i can tell the leggings are nicely put together.
