Ordered heat mats for plants on Feb 4th through Brillotech on WalMart Market Place. I'm not impatient so I waited 8 days to ask for an update, wondering why USPS had not received the item from them. It took approx 10 days for seller to get the order to USPS. Seller took this long and shipped using one of the slowest methods with USPS " First Class ". It's Feb 20th where I still have no received the shipment ordered on the 4th. I understand weather delays due USPS has due to the snow and this is understandable. What is not, is how it takes 10 days to get a shipment to USPS when it's marked in stock. I can't recommend this seller.
Worst experience ever from a 3rd party retailer. It seems like a scam. They never shipped my order and then blamed FedEx for losing the shipment. Then when they resend the order they use the original tracking number. Why would anyone do that? This did not make any sense. There is no name or contact information on the email so there is no accountability. The emails are filled with grammar errors. Which seems like they don't speak English. This company has scam written all over it. Buy at your own risk.
